The Wave

2012

Nicholase cage Left behind
Does The Towering Inferno count?
Knowing
The Impossible deserves the number 1 spot for sure. Also The Wave is a totally underrated movie…. Should be more available in more countries.
The Wave, and its sequel, Quake, are really good. Very character driven suspense.
The Wave was good!
Thanks for the list, short and succinct!
The Impossible is excellent. I enjoyed The Wave. Great list - I've seen five of these but always in search for a new disaster movie.
I love disaster films. Thanks for the list. I paused the video to check out "Dont Look Up." Good movie.
Thank you for your time and posting.
Thanks David.
Loving ❤️
The Whakaari documentary was done really great amd touched me a lot.
The Wave is awesome. Went to Norway last summer and they told us about the avalanche that inspired this movie, filmed right in the port city (well besides the cgi parts)
Seen them all ..worth watch
GREAT CHOICE SO THANK YOU ;
The Wave is a very well-crafted film, with likeable characters. Good believable script and acting, with excellent 'effects'. Highly recommended.
Don't Look Up was panned to death, I think because this one really cuts too close to the bone. It is VERY realistic, but hysterically funny, in terms of how so many of us are in total denial about potentially catastrophic, man-made - or not! - problems. Fantastic all-star cast. My partner and I loved it.
I saw 2012 on the 'big screen'; my companion and I laughed ourselves silly. It breaks every rule of physics you can think of, with fabulous implausible CGI disasters piled one on top of the other. Cardboard characters you really can't care about, but loved the flick anyhow, and own a Blu-Ray of it.
i"m adding the remaining four titles to our list. Looks like a good selection. Thanks.
The Day After Tomorrow (2004) is one of my favorites.
I cried in The Volcano 😢 such a sad movie
It’s a real story , a documentary in fact . So cry harder please
@@joqc1486 real 😭😭😭
I really love The Wave. I'm surprised you put it at the last, just because of its availability at the time of your video's release. This changes month to month, so doesn't make sense! Otherwise, great video!
I don't know if "The abyss" or Avgrunden is available outside Sweden, but it is on netflix here. However, when it comes to disaster movies Norway makes them better, both the wave and the quake (both on netflix here) are better than the abyss
Number 7 was also on the free Svt play.
I liked The Wave, 2012 and The Day After Tomorrow.
I really enjoyed the Wave. The impossible was a good movie as well, but I have to put the wave at #1 Excellent acting and great story. If you can find it watch it!! It is not an English movie, but well worth the effort of reading the subtitles. I didn't know there was a sequel. I will be watching it for sure if I can find it.
2012 was good, the day after tomorrow was also good, quite place 2 was really good
The impossible was horrifying..
We're going to the beach..😢
I didn't expect there would be anything related to Poland in this film
The wave is awesome great s x great acting
Pandora is on Netflix Australia 😊
Disaster movie fan here. I’ve seen 6 …. Haven’t seen Pandora. The other 6 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽
Korean disaster movies are superb: tidal wave, the tower, flu, ashfall, sinkhole, exit
I have seen all these Korean movies tidal wave, sinkhole and here Pandora so should be numb 2
I love these movies there so good 😊
Towering Inferno, Earthquake, 2012
The Little Boy in the Impossible is Spider-Man ❤.. It was one of his first movies
All the disasters shown in these movies are already happening and people are still not listening! Engineer and Scientist here developing contingency systems.
The impossible had me in an emotional roller coaster one of the best
I have most of them on blue ray of DVD.
Don't look up is excellent, good laughs and also shows the media and Gen Z for what they really are these days.
To me it sucks!!!
It sucks 😂
Gen Z is not the problem. We have global conflicts and humanitarian crises because the actions of those in older generations. I'm a millennial and generations before us failed us more than the perceived dysfunction of young people.
@@stephenanderson1594 Gen Z cannot even show up to work or get out of bed most days, that's an epic fail on any scale. Millennials have learnt the hard way and most of you will come good, you'll not see much use in Gen Z who'll end the western world with their attitudes and behavior.
I’m in Quebec Canada and I can watch pandora . FYI
High water was really good.
The Impossible was an awesome movie 👏
Pandora is on in canada
2012 well done. Their all good movies to be honest.
With Netflix I can BING watch for real.
7
the wave is a great movies although it is dubbed 10 out of 10 , the volcano doc is very real to watch and quite disturbing facts ,high water aswell i would recomend these as i have seen them all
Bølgen (The Wave) wasn’t dubbed where I saw it (which I’m pretty sure was Netflix). Can’t double check now because I don’t have a Netflix sub.
The Wave was available in the UK in the original language with subtitles or dubbed. It's no longer on Netflix, or included in any other service here in the UK included with a subscription but can be rented from Amazon Prime UK, Sky Store and some other places.
The Impossible was an amazing film.
Impossible 🥺
Has anyone heard about the Russian movie called MIRI?
2012 is not available on netflix
The volcano is a real documentary, very sad
I haven't seen Don't look up, but I assume it's a "newer" Armageddon?🤷🏻♂️
Definitely very different. It’s soooo good.
@@tarabanks5878 I watched it and I was pleasantly surprised. Not what I expected but definitely a good watch
the movie 2012 end of the world is not belong to the netflix , all rights of the movie is go to company lionsgate and NBUC, make sure next time you know from wich company is movie belongs.
The Impossible is great
The impossible was a great movie.
impossible great movie
Legal streaming services should, no must provide free vpn for their services.
English speaking action Netflix movies?
Whakaari is pronounced fuck-car-ree. Good list BTW. Cheers.
Hello, how are you? How can I contact you?
If you are including series, why not Chernobyl?
not on Netflix
Damsel is the worst disaster ever.
I appreciate the list but 2012 was one of the worst disaster films ever. Good for a laugh though. I'm looking forward to watching the rest of these, thanks for posting!
