Its made by Alec construction company from dubai.
To much supply company and more then 5 k Worker working everyday.
But miss this place...

I think technically it's owned by Omani government/army pension fund.
Lovely place. We were there a month ago, the view is a unbelievable.
I recommend the 2h canyon drive, the bar happy hour & sunset chill, there is a dj on Friday daytime so the pool vibe is best on that day.
