  • just getting into artistic rollerskating or roller skating in general? Want a decent boot that is just at home at the roller disco as it is on the competition floor? This may be the answer. Check out the video for more information!

Great video, I'm fairly new to skating but I'm progressing. But I want my own skates and I want something from decent to good that I can maybe grow into a bit. I'm 52 today so I'm never gonna do a quad a triple a double maybe a single. lol. I was looking at these and I'm glad I got to see more about the boot. sounds like this boot and some reactor plates dang!! $$$, but nice looking. I'm a machinist so I can appreciate the look of those plates.

Excellent boots just be careful with the foam tongues and it's a leather upper get Sure Grip competitor plate

Great video..just getting back into skating after some years. Need a suggestion..like the high 120 boot style..I need a quad skate(men's) that will give me good roll. Something where I don't find myself struggling to skate front and backwards while everyone is breezing by me. Could I get away with a riedell skate that's cheaper that's the juice rhythm skates? I can always change the bearings if getting a 150-200 riedell vs a $350 riedell. Thx

Great video! I'm new to skating and have speed skates, but struggle with leaning forward. It seems king pin angle, heel height etc come into play. I was looking into the 120 boots, but unsure what size. I wear a ladies 5.5, slightly wider than average foot. What size would you recommend? Your thoughts on king pin angle, heel height, or how to correct leaning forward would be greatly appreciated.

Kingpin angle and ride height won't affect your ability to lean forward.
Try loosening your laces at the top of the boot instead

Just got some Fuse plates and weigh 180lbs. I should upgrade to firmer cushions in your opinion?

How do you feel about the riddle 135 boot I skate kinda hard and was looking for a stiff quality boot to build my own Set up that doesn’t break the bank to bad . Can you help me out ?

I have done an over view on the 135 on my channel, go check that out! It is definitely not stiff by any means, and becomes extremely flexible over time.
It might not be what you want. This 120 would be a lot closer though!

How does this boot hold in time ? I am afraid of glued soles made of plastic .

Fortunately, I've yet to see any separate ever, and I've been skating for over 3 decades

Thank you for one of the very few reviews on this boot here on CZcams. I have a question about sizing because I have seen places indicate that this boot in the white color is in “ladies sizes” and a medium width and the boot in black is in “mens sizes” and a D width. I wear a size 9 in regular women’s shoes but a 7.5 in Antik boots and the Moxi Jack boots. It’s just not clear what size I need in the white boots for Riedell. It’s unclear on Riedell’s size chart and I don’t want the boot to be too big. What do you think? No pressure 🙂.

Dont go by your shoe size. Measure your foot and compare to the sizingchart. Good luck! 😇
