    my mom just made this cream. We made 3 batches of it:
    1) Rice cream + vit c
    2) Rice cream + vit c + vit E + Almond oil
    3) Rice cream + vit c + vit E + Almond oil + Aloevers gel (wow aloevera gel)
    since i have oily skin and i am allergic to the citric acid in wow aloevera gel ,i will be using only the 1st batch.
    My mom's skin can pretty much take anything , so she will be using the other two.
    I will update you guys on how the results were after a few weeks of its use.
    I tried the the 1st batch today for the 1st time, it wasn't very moisturizing, so probably i will try to layer it up with a moisturizer.
    Update:
    When I used it for the first few times my face looked a bit dull with that cream on, so I started to use it with my face packs or I used to keep it on my face for some time and wash it off and it is good. It 'never' caused me any breakouts . So it is good please go ahead and use it. And one thing I was very surprised with is , it didn't get spoiled at all ,I kept it in fridge . I finished it within one week but I am sure it had the capacity to stay for a much longer time than that . I don't think it shoud be a problem even if it is kept out and ferments a bit as I heard the fermented one is better.
    If your skin is too sensitive to oils and stuff use the 1st one but if you have a very dry skin go with the 2nd or 3rd one.
    One mistake that we made while preparing the cream was,1st we just let it cool down for a long time until it became like a jello and then mixed all other ingredients so that jello like consistency broke.
    So ,Tip: if you are planning on mixing other ingredients, do it before it becomes like a gel.
    I also used just plain rice cream on my hair after a hair wash, it was wonderful, it was like some hair mask and it did help me with my hair fall.
    Caution: Do Not freeze your cream , it will become like some sponge and you wont be able to use it. Just put it in the fridge but Not the freezer.

    • @LP-bf9oe
      @LP-bf9oe Před 4 lety +4

      if you try to get very little water from boiling a large quantity of rice, you will get a jello like consistency once it is left for a day outside to cool down But if you use a high amount of water to cook rice, the strained water might NOT become gel like. And i am not sure about the almond oil, people say sweet almond oil is good for skin.

      @hyunjiinslonghair3848 Před 4 lety +6

      Noor Fatima essential oils arent really good for ur skin because of the extra fragrance, personally i wouldnt reccomend it. although many people say coconut oil is great, its not that good for ur pores as they can get congested and clogged, causing more breakouts, you might not see it at first but dont use pure coconut oil for ur skin on ur face, instead use proper formulated products made by dermatologists using coconut oil, this way u know ur using a proper formula made for ur skin. also as much as vitamin e is great, during hot weather it can cause tiny bumps on ur skin which can be a nightmare to get rid off. so i highly suggest you stay away from those ingredients.

    You can also add nutmeg paste in rice boiling step
    It helps with acne and pimple issues and brighten skin
    I used this before and everyone was literally asking if I had facial or bleach
    Make sure to wash it off in about 5 minutes bcoz nutmeg can make your skin little red or just make sure to include less nutmeg then it won't be that sensitive
