My Manchester-Heathrow BA A320neo flight with “Lumps & Bumps”

Hi there, my name is Henry Tenby, and I recently enjoyed a lovely flight on a fairly new British Airways A320 Neo, between Manchester airportand London Heathrow, in which the Captain announced would include “lump and bumps” on our way down to London, which were very evident just before touchdown as you can see from my video. We were in the air 50 minutes, which is 20 minutes longer than normal, because we had to do a fair bit of circling in the greater London area as Heathrow airport was quite busy, which was no problem for me as I was soaking up the action from my seat, savouring the view out the window of the British countryside. I would not have minded if the flight was an extra one hour in length to be honest. Thank you Paula, I’m glad that it was Windsor Castle in this video because in my last Heathrow video from a few years ago, it was a different castle that we were talking about. You are lucky to have nice and close to Heathrow.

Yes, I was thinking that might be the case and I was wondering if the person who discussed this point with me from a few years ago would actually see this video and respond .. so I guess it was you Kevin that I had the conversation with and I’m glad that you’re able to confirm that it is Windsor Castle that is clearly visible just a few minutes before touchdown in this video.
