Ngl, Celestial Wave would actually be my go-to evasive for my cacs if it used 2 bars of stamina just because I really like the moment from the anime the move is taken from.
Tbf its a decently powerful evasive. But it would be nice if they buffed the damage some more, or just make it so you can combo right after
I think it has the same problem as FPJirens evasive, it leaves you wide open to get attacked. Even though its job is to evade.....

Celestial wave has the same flaw as fp jirens evasive lol it's a 3 bar and leaves you very open after the animation because you can't cancel out of it 🦍

I prefer UI 'Sign' because it's more of an original thing compared to the white-haired reskin of the same form. Not to mention UI Sign Goku is better due to lack of shit programmed dodging. UI Goku's dodging just bends you over regardless of your consent.
You can block during his auto dodge, so it aint as much a negative as it used to be. Omen has the bonus of being able to cancel it with his counter tho

Wish they add legendary super sayian awaken skill in the game and when your custom character goes super sayain etc, it changes the hair on them like the actual super sayain transfermation.
When you use ui omen and you do the godly display combo you have to double input the sign of unstick so he teleport that connects better than single input
Create rooms instead of quick matching, more people quick match than create room so you’ll get more consecutive matches.

The auto dodge mechanic is a safety bet for just guards.
I find it weird that mui’s dodge takes more stamina than signs dodge like shouldn’t it be the other way around, like white hair has more experience with the form rather than sign so he should know how to manage his stamina/energy better than the weaker form. It’s like if they make base kaioken drain more stamina than kaioken X10.
I think it's because mui takes a toll on his body more than sign but it's more powerful than sign because sign struggled with jiren but mui was effortless against jiren

It's because of the super soul sign has. Medium increase to stamina regen so it takes less drain for dodging because his stamina is coming back faster.
white hair was more of an offensive type but still good defense, Sign Was more defensive with weak offense
I think that Omen is leagues better than Mastered solely because the dodge isn't a constant screw over, and even when it activates it's still better because he only uses 60% of a bar per dodge as opposed to an entire bar. Only thing is the 3 bar evasive, should have given him Instant Rise and made Celstial Wave his second ult instead of Super Kamehameha, just tweaked a bit to where it actually makes sense as an ultimate. Him having basically an extra half a bar of health over Mastered is another plus. Then there's that stupid thing when if you do a backhit with the heavy button then a light input makes the light input warp so long as they're off balance, no idea why that happens, but it just makes his offense so relentless all while not having to use stamina in those vanishes because they're part of a combo string.

But unfortunately ui sign gokus meele is crap as compared to mui goku and alot of the other dlc characters.

The only problem i have with ui sign is that he hardly dodges and can only dodge under 50% health i think he should be able to dodge whenever simply because he was the more defensive type
Canonically he should be able to but it's way better that he doesn't because sometimes it screws you over and it doesn't take as much stamina

A counter, not as good as super god shock flash tho, Auto Health/Stamina limit burst and SS to support the dodges and tech. Spirit Pulse is actually dog tho. Swap it with Soaring Fist or buff that goofy ah move. Whoever made it like that... GET THAT ASS BANNED.
Swap Super Kamehameha with Silver Dragon Flash. Make Sign of Awakening more versatile/like if you miss it once, make it where you move out of it and do it again and make it do better damage. That would've been it for me tbh.

Imagine if the game had a unique bar like legends that let you auto dodge attacks and fills up as you hit the enemy. But then again that would require effort & why put effort in when you can just let players become invincible by pressing the "escape" button over & over again?

Well more people have access to the free Characters so naturally most people are better with base game Characters but the DLC Characters are better in multiple ways combo strings movesets they have better stats etc which results in what's better a weak Weapon you're extremely used to using or a strong weapon you just got. It mostly depends on the player tho.

After a good look. I would say Ui complete is still better, because of simple reasons. Even though you could argue omen has a better dodge (but for that to activate you need to be at like 50% lower Hp). The combo and damage is not comparable to the completed version. Like Ui sign has good moves, but you will and hypothetically like get screwed by one combo. We’re with the complete version at least is always active (as bad as some people say it screws them over.) Ui sign you are going to struggle more in matches then Ui complete.
I don't remember for certain but I'm pretty sure mui has the best dodge I know I tested all 3 but I don't remember all the differences I remember DI for example doesn't work on grabs or ki blasts but mui does however mui can't dodge all strike supers like DI can I don't remember the differences in UIS however
