imagine you are at your favourite place, on your favourite spot. the sun is shining, it is getting warm. you hear "spring day" being played by someone nearby. you think about the past and you realize... that you have let go of it. you are happy.
I very much hope that this is how you overall feel right now but if not, remember that there is a light at the end of a tunnel, always. You are gonna feel free again.
