I gotta say I think this sold me on ditching the string strimmer and going to a rotary scissors head for all my edging needs. Everything comes out even and looks effortless.

Oh my God, I’m completely dead watching the whole bit that you had with the dog in the background. I’m like 100% the same kind of Neighbor or I freak out and go nuts and watch my cameras like a lunatic every time someone walks by with their dog, going up in my lawn all the way up to thebedroom window even in some cases and they’re letting their dog pee and poop on my lawn instead of the parkway strips
Love your content I’m in the process of renovating my lawn for the first time and it’s a lot more work than I thought but I’m excited for the outcome
My house is on a corner lot like yours and people who walks their dog thinks it is a drop zone for dogs If they pick up after their dog, I can live with it but they don't. Lucky I live in a HOA aera and we have rules about your pets. I filed a complaint with the HOA and showed them my camera videos and found out my yard is not the only drop zone with the same dog, so the HOA issued the dog owner a $200.00 dollar ticket. I do not see the dog anymore.
I like your strategy for this year. Get your neighbor’s permission to kill off his lawn and turn brown. Now your lawn pops !!! 😮 LOL
I got the same rotary scissors and absolutely love it. Use them for the live landscaping edging and driveway edging. Then I use the straight edge edger for the sidewalk and curb. Then I use the string trimmer for the metal iron fence line edging

Bro there are 2 sizes for the blades. I use the longer size to avoid scrapping the metal. Looking good!

The ego edger’s blade is cheaper to replace. I wince every time I see you edge with the rotary scissors 😂. Like, don’t hurt the precious scissors!

YB, u have to mow at this time everyday!!😮 the sunlight makes such a huge difference!! The color on the strips and the back back is so much darker! I think maybe u should keep the HOC at an inch bro!! Jus sayn. But i know better😅😅keep it up my dude🤙🏽🤙🏽
i would make a bucket of water steeped with yard/garden lime for emergency dog urine on yard.. & have 2 or 3 doggie treats when ever they go for walks

Are the scissors better than using a string trimmer?
They have their own uses but rotary scissors are nice for short cut lawns that's for sure! I wouldn't get this look with a string trimmer ☺️🤙🏾
