In dell inspirson 3576 Adobe Photoshop 2022 hand tool is only working properly but another tools is not working how to fix
Maybe there are problems in the system files . You can search on CZcams about it or if the problem continues try resetting your pc it helps alot.

@@prathambhalla1960 nah it's not necessary to have 8GB ram for higher versions. I personally use Photoshop 2021 very smoothly on my 4GB ram pc

Your Processor is not good though so I would suggest very old version or Use different app rather than photoshop or you can even upgrade your Processor because 1.6GHz is really not good in today's generation.

A single core can't run 3,4Ghz clock speed it's need 2-4 cores for it.Just like generally base clock speed in i5 and i7 is 1.7-1.8 but comes with 4-8 cores.
