It only took me a few weeks, if you do not have any updates after a week or two, I say email them. They should be able to help! I hope this helps!
Edit: sometimes it takes even a month depending on what the item is.

I say get them at any super store Such as Walmart, a store called "Hobby Lobby" any kind of store like them! I think you can even find them online! I hope this works for you, and I wish you the best of luck on getting the frames you desire!
