I still think either bottle neck man coverage or 6-1 is the most annoying defense bc it takes absolutely no skill to run
6-1 does take skill you have to adjust behind the blitz heavy look and mix in when to send pressure bottleneck is the skill less defense especially if your opponent doesn’t have the right wr’s

@@arbiterrr1179 6-1 takes 0 skill. the only thing that makes it good is the pressure you get from the AI being glitchy. at least with a bottleneck man coverage scheme you only get at MOST 3 guys with the ability and you still have to be a good user. in 6-1 you just buy the tallest OLBs with lurk artist and press ur DBs. 6-1 pretty much plays the game for you.
I mean running the ball with 15 vanguards also takes no skill so we gotta stop the run somehow
@@SweATZ87 or mfs can just not play like a loser lol but also another reason pre lit X factors gotta go the abilities r able to be countered but some x favors like vanguard Omaha as well as the film study ability that’s the only one imo the needs to go
This defensive scheme really ruined madden for me. It just makes the game way too tedious and boring. Instead of trying to find a way to beat the player. You’re trying to figure out how to beat EA. I just feel like some games there is literally nothing you can do. Then you’ll play same scheme same player and you torch it. Just randomness.
I agree homie. That's why I made a custom playbook with orbit rpos ,mtn rpos , an bubble screens and a short pop running game and just have fun. Damn a record or trying to be good as a youtuber just play. Still learning but not nerding out on this random shit game
Faxxx this isn’t even madden anymore it’s jus over abuse of Abilities and xfactors…until they are taken out the game Madden will forever be trash🤷🏾♂️
@@dcyungin202 yea it’s really not madden. I don’t think they should completely take it out. I think there is a place for it. Just take some of the bs ones out. Nerf the remaining ones. To where ppl just can’t rely on them like you say. I think you can make abilities and X factors good. They just need to be balanced. Some are just too op for the game some need a tone down. That’s all.

the easiest way to beat this is just run inside zone out of shotgun. he shifts the DL to the RB side and slants outside every play, so the inside is wide open.
I run cub now after running dollar all year. Just have to mix it up because good players know how to beat it. Some players quit quick some punish it
to beat the man press use ceedee and herman moore, they can both get a passive RAC em up, double me, or max security. all of which beat man press(bottle neck).
I saw civil mentally say “what did they do to the game I love” at least 69 times this video

The run handoff being slow if it’s from your off hand is the most unrealistic, goofiest shit I’ve ever seen. Why the hell would I not be able to hand it off at fully speed just cause it’s my off hand. It’s just a handoff
i think it will be slightly slower if you handoff from the opposite hand but i doubt its as slow as madden makes it
With the man press bottleneck universal coverage defense u can beat it about 50 percent in the time on streaks if u have the x-factor double me, and max security because they insta beat the man press, or c-routes beat it somewhat consistent off the snap, and another way is with things that cannot get pressed like ur te, hb, and certain alignments for receivers, the only problem is that u probably will have to block their blitz using either a hb or a te.
This really only when y’all face an actual nerd that has all bottle necks and universal coverages, has a good user and has a fucking idea of how to play offense, for regular man is all about just good route combos
Man coverage has been op the last few months even in regs. I just watch my wrs get pressed into the dirt buy non good dbs and my one guy who gets open is getting user covered. It's insane and so hard to beat when they have pressure with it.

NOT yac em up or angry runs, because they will beat press coverage. use WRS like evan engram division dynasty, ceedee division dynasty, marvin harrison jr division dynasty, and herman moore ultimate legend to beat this press/bottleneck meta.

Man to man isn’t supposed to be consistent, it’s supposed to be situational, but players run it as if it’s consistent
bc a lot of madden players dont know actual football. ive seen heavy man schemes irl but they are not even close to the amount of times madden players run man to man. you can easily beat these kinds of players with fundamental football

the abilities make it really fuckin good. you cant really run this scheme in regs (except for the chiefs i have heard)
Civil how do u adjust ur linebackers who r set up on the line? In 6-1 I can only make quick adjustments to my corners
are you double tapping the d pad? that should allow you to make QAs for the lbs
This madden is absolutely trash. Good thing I just like collecting cards. I play to but it’s absolutely miserable and shity kids can now win games which they haven’t won games all year till now

Slide line to opposite of blitz side. Block hb.
Also ceedee lamb and herman moore/ bigger physical receivers are needed
