- I traveled into Arizona's Remote Wilderness in Search of Ancient Ruins tucked away deep in the forest.............Along the way I used my drone to search huge cliffs for any signs of the ancient people. Come along with me as we explore!

My Dad lived in Scottsdale. He passed a year ago. He would have loved your channel.
Oh no....I'm so sorry to hear that. I appreciate you sharing though, adventuring into the unknown and exploring off the beaten path is something that can always bring us joy!
@jessiesdroneadventures7464 We grew up in Colorado so we saw the ruins of Mesa Verde and Bandolier in NM. He loved Arizona. Thank you again for your amazing videos.
Wow! Amazing footage! Can you imagine building those structures by hand??
I often think about that.....it would take forever!!!! and they were built so symmetrical and have lasted through the test of time.
and can you imagine gathering all those rocks? these people were definitely masters at their craft!......Thanks for watching sandi!
... utilizing a drone leaves these sites undisturbed ... thank you ...
Yes!!!!
Wow, what amazing footage! So beautiful ❤
Camp Crystal Lake 🤣🤣 I was thinking more "Wrong Turn" 😱
That last one was cool. The way up looks steep 😮
Thank you!
Appreciate that you didn’t share too much.
Is there much known about those ruins? Arizona has some of the coolest hidden gems like that
I couldn't find information from any published material, but based off of their location and the style of their construction, I'm pretty confident I know which people built then and roughly how old they are
@@jessiesdroneadventures7464 I wonder if NPS would have info. Walnut canyon up near flag would be a place to start.
Thanks for sharing the footage with us!
Very cool find! Thanks for protecting it by not revealing the location!
Thank you! These were a real treat to explore
Really great video.
Thank you!
This is a awesome view😊
Right!
Beautiful video, and I agree, keep these ancients homes safe from idiots. It's amazing to just see them from your drone, don't need details.
Thank you! Glad you enjoyed the video!
you're much better at flying a drone than I am! I'll vote differently than my buddy... I thought you talking to the camera and explaining things did add positively to the video. Gotta love CZcams... can't make everyone happy.
Thank you! cant please everybody!
he did post your video on his Facebook which is how I found it
Good to see you went up the 288! I've spent a lot of time up there recently and it's a great area. That canyon in the beginning is really special, nothing else like it in the area. I found a video recently where a couple guys hiked down through the bottom and it's amazing down there. Really think that Tonto should try to put some special protections on that specific canyon. Small correction on the distance, it's about 1.5 hours from Phoenix up the 60/188/288.
As far as calibrating the drone, I never do that with my Mini 3 Pro. 😅 Never really thought about it.
I would say I calibrate my drone 90% of the time, if im in town or at home I don't, but for safety reasons, if I'm out in the boonies like in this video...I always calibrate to be in the safe side. Tempted to make another video on 288 showcasing the drive from the big steel bridge to Young, AZ. Thanks for watching
Brilliant!
Why thank you!!!!
If only those stones could talk , the stories of gain and loss , rise and fall . Our human ancestors are really such a mystery to us all .
Yes! it would be interesting to hear about their day to day and how they arrived at this location
Ancient trading posts may be found in the flat lands.
Ooooooooooooooooo !!!!!
If you would you could do a favor for archeologists. It would have to be looked up but somewhere near Santa Fe I believe is an agency that keeps a database on found sites such as this. You could contact them and send them your coordinates. They may know of this site, but then again may not. Every little bit of data helps. Thanks.
I didnt know that...i'll keep that in mind
Tougher laws against morons that destroy ancient sites .
Maybe set up a hidden game trail camera .
I agree! These ancient sites have lasted for hundreds of years and it only takes seconds to destroy.....the penalty should be stiff!
Roosevelt Lake
Over ten miles away from that lake...
I don't think I will understand why people think we (the viewers) want to see your face talking to the camera. Beautiful drone footage but the driving and talking to the camera is off putting. /shrug
No it's not./ frown.
No it's not/frown.
If I don't do that, my sponsors won't cut the check! 💰🤑💸
Hmmm I never mind 🤷🏽♀️
I can assure you that you are in the minority.
