Underwater pool test of an inflatable PFD - includes review, re-arm and repack

Underwater pool testing a SOSPENDERS 38MPRO-1 PFD lifer preserver.
I purchased it off eBay to use in the pool to practice water survival in case of (private pilot) plane crash offshore.

One note, never reload a life vest until you've deflated it first. Otherwise if there's a slip-up with the inflator you're gonna have a popped vest.
