Getting my switch lite tomorrow, im glad it isnt “bad” or “worse” compared to the og switch. I prefer the lite in size too because my hands arent that big hahahah. Tysm for this!

This was a great review of the Nintendo switch lite and I'm thinking about buying the switch lite instead of the regular switch since I prefer to play games in portable mode. This was relaxing and helpful too.
I prefer regular Switch because you can play it on TV while charging it. Then you can take it with you anywhere.
Just found out the lite exists lol. Super excited about it! Want to get it soon...

hey. would you say the clicky button sounds of the original switch were loud to the point of irritating other near by people. i have a choice between the switch lite and an open box og switch used a few times both 200bucks the button sounds were my deciding factor but now that i found this deal for both at the same price im split. help anyone?
Yes, I found the switch lite's buttons to be much softer and much more quite. The joy con buttons have a clicky sound that if it is for example in a waiting room and you are button mashing or somthing. It is loud enough for others to hear.
That is a great deal! If you want to also play on the tv I feel like that price is a steel for the og switch.

No problem! They are really sturdy like the day I bought it which is great as I have been using it regularly. I have never had problems with drift or lose analog sticks. On any switch prosuct I have bought so far.
If you buy the lite from a retailer though I would recommend that you also get the warrenty they offer.
Nintendo automaticly gives you one year I think. But I always like to keep everything covered just in case.
My game store will just replace it if anything happens in the next two years.
Can you tell me where I can get an OG Switch for $200 if you choose the lite?

So I have the OG Switch, the first one. I want a yellow Switch lite...is it worth it?
If you play mostly handheld mode than it might be worth the "Switch". The only thing to consider is if it does end up getting drift on the sticks the whole thing has to be replaced (or you replace the stick its self) and there are also some saves that can't be transferred to the lite.
Ex. Splatoon 2, Animal Crossing, Pokemon Sword and Shield, and a few more.
I have been using the lite less and less recently because of some saves not being able to transfer over. I also don't go out now because of Covid, so it has become something I don't really use right now.
Because you already have the Switch it changes how you look at it. If it was a first time Switch purchase I think it comes down to if you like handheld better and in the case the lite does need repair, can you get a warranty or are you okay with replacing it all together? When you have already had a Switch it complicates things a little more because of the save issues.
