I'm here one year later and surprised this hasn't blown up? Kpop stans are so weird, millions of views and too much attention occurs when someone is being canceled but when they're being proven innocent suddenly nobody cares. More people need to watch this

The narrator and writer of this documentary needs a raise. They expressed their feelings perfectly as to how the company felt. The amount of sass and shade they throw at fan especially international “fans” for mistranslating Korean and calling 10x entertainment a fake company because many didn’t have the time or mental capacity to properly translate Korean or look up proper Korean documentation.
I hope these “fans” and other Kpop stans are a whole circus🎪

as someone who has been SA growing up, I believed them bc I understand what it’s like. But it’s even worse when people LIE about their SA. It’s so disrespectful to the victims that actually go through it.

I'm still fumming because I (and people in my work) have been trying to make the treatment of SA more important for law enforcement/justice system. Cases like this only harm actual and future victims, and the conscequences can be terrible (escalation to murder, for example). Every single false accusation sets us back when we try to protect victims and potential victims.

Like why is this not viral in the kpop community ???? I am not a stay (just a casual listener) and I recently stumbled upon his channel as it came to my recommended feed. But for even someone who was not part of the fandom I remember the absolute sensation his case caused in the kpop community. The hatred that was being spewed about him was going viral everywhere. But now when all the accusations have been debunked why is this aspect not going viral ?? Just because he is not part of the group, has the fandom completely forgotten him ??? This documentary broke my heart. Even though the overall tone is lighthearted (because he is innocent) , I still cannot imagine the mental trauma that he must have endured due to all this.
He left Stray Kids a long time before the accusation. Stays imagine there's bad blood between him and the other boys and so don't fall over themselves to support him now because of all the secrecy surrounding his departure. Personally I love skz but still follow woojin and if he does a gig in my country I'll be there. Korea puts such seriously strict conditions on their idols that would be seen as complete bullshit in other countries. He could have been seen as a bad guy, 'betraying' and jeopardising skz simply for falling in love with someone and trying to see them. How do we know?

Ya, I found SKZ last year and I wondered about him and why ppl hated him so I searched and all that. I didn’t understand it all. Or believe it. Then would watch past SKZ vids (all 9) and liked em all together and liked Woojin still and would wonder bout him more and he had such a beautiful voice and so I’d research more and more and saw he was innocent.. Then found his channel eventually and would watch in secret cuz Stay would give u heII if u let them know that u were a fan of Woojin. Which was so sad. They would hate so bad. (Some stay. Not all.) Finally, I stopped caring what they thought! I can be a fan of the group still AND solo Woojin. There is nothing wrong with that. No one should make u feel ashamed of who u listen to or like. 💖

For me Woojin always had the energy of a soloist or a group of vocalists like BTOB. I feel like Stray Kids's energy and style is too diferent. Both sides are awesome and very different but he was clearly ready to move on, the only thing I'm very sad is that I feel like the group maybe turned their backs on him because they probably believed the allegations, I hope the reunite because is obvious Bangchan and Woojin aren't on good terms.

I’m not sure how you got to that conclusion but you should know that there were other false accusations against Woojin simply because fans made faulty assumptions based on over analyzing past videos. When fans make assumptions, that’s where things go wrong. Whether they are on good terms or not is all pure speculation.
@@paigedixon537 aren't assumptions if Bangchan was very open when he expressed his points of view on the subject and from his perspective at the time. The Vlive clip is everywhere and nobody is blaming Bangchan for being mad at WJ for allegedly doing things that would damage the team, things that are now "solved". Chan was as polite as he could and he spoke because he thought it was necessary, Woojin also practically said he was hurt because many of the people who were supposed to believe him turned their backs. This was private until WJ (the real victim) expressed his views and feelings on this video. Is an unfortunate situation and many PUBLIC FIGURES are hurt, is only natural people will speculate. Both parties have my support but I also hope both support each other, which is something they aren't doing of you read JYP statement after WJ left the company.

Now, they are offended because the real victim is speaking. The thing is, I remember when I saw everyone cancelling Woojin, and I thought he did something wrong, then I found out there was NO solid evidence. My friend literally stopped talking to me after I told her I am neutral in the situation and because I defended him, like his whole career was gone because groups of people who blindly believed information fed to them.

i really love how 10x looked into the accusations and worked to prove his innocence instead of just kicking woojin to the curb to fend for himself as most companies would have just kicked them out with out even trying. The way that they create this video, with jokes, irony and memes is a very smart way to cope all those sad moments that Woojin went through. It's called contrast and a lot of visual artist use it when they want to talk about difficult and delicates topics. So it's totally valid. And this come from a visual artist perspective.

This is the first documentary that I watch without getting bored. I'm not an old fan I became a fan three months ago when woojinie covered baekhyun's ameusement park (since I'm an exol) then I gathered info about him and even for a baby cub the rumors sounds stupıd and I never believed cuz companies are strict when it comes to these types of rumors. I really respect how the company defending him instead of using him like other companies. Hope the album will be successful.

Honestly same. I was sceptical about it since this blew up on twitter but I did believe the bullying scandal after seeing the compilation videos and since I'm university student studying media I came to realise that the videos can be interpreted different and I'm ashamed of myself for doing that.

Watching this after watching his song "my growing pains" really hit me differently even tho i am not a stray kids fan and just recently discovered them i felt the pain woojin felt in that song and everytime i watch woojin it makes me emotional. The happiest accident ever happen to me was the time i accidentally listen to his song "my growing pain" and is now one of my fave list.
I m heartbroken after seeing that even after he tried everything to prove that he did nothing wrong , that he is the one who suffered the most , he is the one who is the real victim.... There are majority of people still hating him and trying to break him down.... I m scared of what this world has become .... People only knows how to hate! they are so selfish and full of resentment that they don't care even if someone loses their life due to there immense hatred and abuses...💔 He faught through it all. He smiled through all the pain.... He lived for his fans .... He worked hard and harder. And kept going so that his fans who love him won't break! This is actually a very smart tactic. The target audience of this video is towards teenagers, since theyre the ones who usually make rash/ immature comments. It is easier to grasp a concept if its done in a way we understand. With the editing, creativity, and lively narration, we are sure to keep up and continue watching. In the end, we get to learn something valuable and important. I hope this gets trending.

Honestly ever since this incident I’ve learned a valuable lesson. I’m not one to assume things without fact checking but bc everything was spread so quickly and there was so much false information, I let myself believe this story. It was the worst decision bc after watching this and woojin talk about the stipulation I feel so bad. I remember being a fan of Woojin all those years ago and watching him again makes me realize why I even supported him in the first place. He’s human just like us and I regret being one of the people who believed the false accusations of him. I wholeheartedly apologize to Woojin and hope he gets more positive attention from the media. I’m proud that he’s still pursuing his love for music originally even after this traumatic experience. Proud to say I’ll support Woojin from now on!

I really feel so bad for him, he had to go through so much and the fact that most of the people hating on him were stays just goes to show how gullible fans are and how quickly a fandom can switch up on an idol. Finger Killer is a documentary about cyber bullying, not SA. A documentary literally has the word "document" in it, so I don't see anything wrong done here. This documentary is Woojin's side of the situation and he has every right to speak about it. A documentary can be made in any way the creator wants and this was just a lighter way of addressing a serious topic which is perfectly fine. Using photos and clips found on the internet to put together a documentary is perfectly fine as well, as long as the documentary is factually correct, which Finger Killer is. So if you don't want to support Woojin, please just leave him alone.

i commented a few days ago, but i’m back bc i saw on twitter how this video is getting a lot of hate bc it’s “too disrespectful” or is “being taken as a joke”. As a survivor of SA, i don’t find any of that happening. I totally understood the point this video was getting across. They’re being serious but not too serious to the point it becomes triggering for a lot of people.
I no longer participated in the kpop fandom scene for a long while and I just found out today how this situation actually concluded. I'd like to say that I hope 10x Entertainment is thriving both with Woojin and all of the employees. This was a certainly eye-grabbing, thoughtful, and informative video.

Many people on the comments must understand that this is not focused on the (clearly false) allegations of sa, it focuses on the defamation that Woojin experienced, the mistreatment, the death threats, the hate that he receives even today. In the hard work of his company to defend him from those "proves" and those ridiculous false profiles that many people believed without question anything. Men can also be victims and Woojin can express everything that happened to him however he wants because it's his story and his experience. They should also stop being hypocritical because many claim to be "defenders" of the mental health of the artists but if it's not about their favorite idols they are the first to throw hate. In my fandom we have just experienced something very hard regarding defamation, and at least on my part I understand the emotional drain that this can entail, and I say that as a fan, but I can't imagine what artists have to go through. ... but anyway, people seem to want to see only the bad things without analyzing anything. I can't tell you about Woojin and the other 8 members personal relationships up front, but if he truly left the company because he was a bully JYP would have said so in Woojin's department statement like they have for other idols who left or were kicked out because of a controversy. But Woojin is not that he left on his own for his own personal reasons that he could share in the future if he's comfortable.
Woojin kept being strong and still chased after his dreams even when a lot of people didn't want him to succeed; he didn't let the words of others change the fact that he loves to sing and be an artist. That's perseverance at its best.

I finally built up the courage to look into this situation again. When everything was happening, I turned my back on Woojin, and believed the accusations. I personally believe in needing to be open to SA victim claims in order to create an environment where genuine victims feel comfortable coming out to get justice, but also believe in innocent until proven guilty. For this reason, I believed, I pulled away from the situation. I never sent hate anyone's way, but in the end, the truth is that I did believe the rumours, and ran away to save myself, and I am so sorry. I am sorry, Kim Woojin, 10x Entertainment staff and CUBS, for turning my back on you, for believing the rumours fully, and for being too weak to turn back to make amends, even when I knew Woojin was proven innocent.
All this time I followed Woojin's accounts still, wishing for his wellbeing from afar, but my heart remained closed.
It took me, a bystander, a long time to overcome the terrible situation, so I know you must all still be recovering from the impact of such a traumatic experience. You were the actual victims to malice and hate, and I am so sorry I didn't stand by you to help you heal.
From now on, I will do my best to extend kindness and compassion to others wherever possible. And I will be sure to cheer for Woojin's career. I am so glad you stayed strong and kept going, Kim Woojin. There will be more healing to do, I'm sure, but I will no longer push you away when I see your work and efforts. You deserve the support and love from fans, and deserve a thriving career because you're truly so talented. Cubs fought and still fight for Woojin so hard. I don't think there's any artist around right now who has fans who will spend months digging for information up, memorizing timelines of events and working tirelessly to prove his innocence.
I’m ashamed to admit that when I first became a Stay it was a while after Woojin had already left the group and I absolutely believed all of the bullying and SA rumors. Whenever I would I ask other Stays what happened to Woojin they would all talk about the bullying rumors and SA rumors like they were facts and I didn’t know any better so I believed them. I feel so bad for Woojin and honestly I’m confused as to why no one from Stray Kids stepped in to clear up the bullying rumors because they all must have cared about Woojin and known that these rumors were severely effecting his mental health and career? I’m just sad for Woojin and confused.
Artist can't even JUST step out and protect themselves whenever they are hurt. They endure it as much as they can. So the idea of Stray Kids protecting Woojin is very impossible. They may want to protect him but they can't since they are avoiding issues that may ruin their images. It's sad but most solo artist only have themselves whenever situations like this happen (except from the fans they have). They can't count on the other artists even though they are friends.

this whole documentary is such a masterpiece, they didn't made the video "seriously" and otherwise, they made them with memes and jokes so that we don't get bored and find it interesting to watch them.
