    This is NOT the easy way to do it... The EASIEST way to do it is to turn the steering wheel ALL the way to the left, remove the retaining clips to the front half of the inner fender liner (the manual wants you to remove the entire liner but that's not necessary), bend the liner out of the way (toward the wheel), and then reach in and replace the bulb from the bottom. It's irritating not to have easy access from the top, but it is not particularly difficult to do.
    The best solution, which I plan to do on my own car, is to cut an access panel and create a "door" that can be quickly opened and closed in the fender liner... When I do this, I will incorporate one of the fender liner clips to easily retain the "door."

    I have an 06 but I was able to get away with only removing the top hose and pulling the tank up and out of the way enough to get my hand in.

    Fuk this shit. I turned the wheele to one side and un did the impacts and only took 10 mins
