This video explains how to program key for a 2010 Honda Pilot. Same procedure applies to model year 2008 -2014. The customer bought the car second hand, had issues with the car remote. The remote part of the owner's key was bad so I decided to make a new key only to discovered that the wireless receiver (wireless door lock ECU) has been removed. Car owners should learn to pay to have professionals inspect their cars before buying to avoid issues like this.
