Javier Milei wows crowd by singing heavy metal song at book launch event

- Argentina President Javier Milei sent fans wild on Wednesday night as he dressed like a rockstar and performed one of his favourite heavy metal songs.
Milei performed for 8,000 people at Buenos Aires' historic Luna Park, joined by a party lawmaker on drums and his biographer on bass.
With wild hair, a black leather coat, and jumping around, Milei sang "Panic Show" by La Renga before launching his new book.
"I'm the king, I'm the lion ... I eat the elite for breakfast," Milei shouted the lyrics.
The libertarian leader, in office since December, often likens himself to a fierce lion, cutting budgets and breaking political norms.
He frequently targets the political elite, or "caste," blaming them for Argentina's economic woes and soaring triple-digit inflation.
After the performance, the event shifted to the launch of his book "Capitalism, Socialism and the Neoclassical Trap".
"The cultural battle must be fought in the classroom, in politics and everywhere, you can't stop fighting because otherwise the lefties will beat us," Milei said.

@@javierespindola6164 It's always the same slogan "the good things happen bc of me, the bad things are the other's fault" (and if we take into account that in 2002 Argentina normalized his 2001 downfall by growing economically until 2012 when the growing ceased, the "20 years..." Sounds pretty much like a partidary slogan right?) however Im not talking abt what "the others" did but what Milei is doing as his economical policies are failing in the practice = the plans are not reaching the expected goals

After the hyperinflation of 1989, the country had 10 years of economic stability in the 90's, and corruption, public political spending and international crises led us to the disaster of 2001. From 2003 to 2011 there was an economic rebound that ended with the energy crisis. Then Argentine populism exhausted the reserves with Public Spending and its “Social Justice” system, and when it had no more external financing because nobody lent it anymore, it resorted to raising taxes and monetary emission, which originated the uncontrolled inflation and economic asphyxia we are living through. Milei was not part of any of those governments, therefore he has no reason to be responsible for something he did not generate. He proposes solutions that are totally different from what has been happening, but in order for them to materialize, it is necessary for Congress to approve the structural reforms that are needed. Otherwise we will continue living in instability and misery. We must leave cynicism and hypocrisy aside, and recognize history as it is.

Why do they celebrate a person who is entering into conflict with the world? He promised to cut off his hand before raising taxes and he still hasn't kept it. He said that there would be austerity in the government but he launched a presidential plane. The economy has only benefited entrepreneurs who are less than 1% and the population in general does not have services, so why do you applaud it?
