Looks really nice in the video but sadly having lived hear this for my entire life the SMELL from Edgeboro Landfill (which gets worse each year) will ruin that beautiful waterfront dining experience quite quickly. I live all the way in South River, up the hill and still we get the smell, East Brunswick is inundated with it and the waterfront homes near the park in Sayreville the smell is so think with a good wind that you feel sick just breathing the air and have to leave. Maybe it'll have a positive effect and force the landfill to keep a lid on the stench if enough noses complain.

There’s something romantic being by the water. Then you go there. When low tide hits the smell will be horrific. It stinks no matter what the tide. But man it’s awful
