I’m Native American & I have an elongated face & my skull is a little different, as well. Everyone on my dads side has this shape. My grandmother had an even longer face/skull than I do. She was beautiful & had a real regal look to her. I love learning more about these skulls.

Dear Brien, please ask the labs the following questions.
    -Were negative controls used?
-Was the DNA of the handlers sequenced?
    -How were the samples collected?
-Were the tools and biological materials themselves decontaminated?
-Were they processed in a clean room?
-In a room physically separated from a modern DNA lab?
-Were the haplogroups assessed via PCR or shotgun sequencing, considering PCR determination is extensively prone to errors and is very often wrong?
-What were the endogenous DNA contents of the samples, considering that the preservation of ancient DNA in Peru is quite terrible?
-Was the analysis restricted to transversion-only SNPs?
-If not, were potentially damage-deaminated mutations, like C>T, excluded from the results?
Thank you for your service to the scientific community!

Daniel, very well put. My knowledge is limited to my fathers time as a police investigator in the UK. One system he found by accident was featured in CSI (super glue reacting to the oil residue of fingers to obtain finger prints from odd places). But anyway cross contamination is very real. You can bet all your points will be used to neither confirm or deny a world which still tries to dominate through religion...and kills with a religious tone. Maybe we should write a letter to "God" and see what comes back haha, or ask why the long holiday between Dino and Adam. Or why he put a talking snake and an apple tree right next to Adam, or why God needed a day off, or why 4-6 million kids die every year with praying parents in one system or another, or why 1 god is the one to thank, the other 999 are just out of fashion :-)
I don't know what SNP's are but as one intelligent person to another..your points are actually more valid than this test in the 1st place!!! It's called good science.
      Good man!

@@grahamnumber7123 someone clearly hasn't spent any time at all researching how many scientists and inventors were believers of some religion. Not just any scientist or inventor btw but those who've historically contributed to their fields who made groundbreaking advances. God and science have never been two mutually exclusive subjects. Oh and btw how do those comments add anything at all to the subject of the video? Sounds more like someone has a clear bias and hatred of Christians explicitly, seeing you're comments dont target any of the other world religions like Islam, Buddhism, etc... @@TXCHICGAMING Yes and you can use the same statistics and call me a Christian since I was baptised as a baby borne to parents that were also..borne to parents that where also etc etc. I am not denying some very talented people are believers in some faith or another but it doesn't change the fact God is a man made construct. Also BTW the wheel and early weapons for hunting where crafted thousands of years before any of the religions of today. I think most are shamelessly barbaric and have such ridiculous stories that are written in such a way the "Advice" may as well say -here is how to be a good person, do what you want based on whichever passage fits and if it's the wrong one then, it doesn't matter because your made up special friend will forgive you. Religion is not a force for good in this world and never has been! If it where anything BUT a right to believe in something, people would be sectioned for insanity...Or wait which "God" is it you believe in? God the creator and destroyer with the psychotic ways, extremely long holidays between fuck ups, or the Muslim (written about after a century(ish) by 1 man, maybe 1 of the ancient greek gods is your thing, god of thunder? light?
Also some major holes in the whole story about god (Written by MAN) "let there be light" wasn't that after the stars where created...all 300 billion(ish) in 1 galaxy....no mention of the other galaxies.
The sooner people realise they only believe in a god with one particular flavour the sooner the human race has a better change to stop killing each other in the name of said "special friend"
Hitler wasn't an atheist and the Roman catholic church DID celebrate his Birthday until death, that last pope really did try to hinder a proper investigation into his podophile priests. The RC church is also responsible for many other crimes but let's move on...
Jews, running the world with banking wankers printing their own money based on the projected interest of the money taken off the people, no gold backed system anymore so it's free reign to assholes that can also use their power (and money) to own what news we are allowed to see. Then there is the mutilation of the genitalia of minors (cough, now it's for "hygiene reasons" based on a ridiculous study of circumcised infants in a 3rd word country)….Lets move on to Islam, Wow I need an hour on that barbaric totalitarian, abominable religion purely on it claiming to have the one true God (yawn) and it's attitudes towards women.
So please, believe whatever fairly tale you with to and also bear in mind many people would NOT have the opportunities base on a system where religion still has a hold.
It's power pure and simple. if the Pope believes in God and he's the master servant, why he bullet proof glass? Kiss his ring haha, kiss my arse 1st. Quakers, peaceful as far as I know.
God and science have always been at opposites but religion is hailed as the reason for education. The Roman empire for example can try to gloat that it's responsible for some great things based on a religious belief, ut it's simply not true. PEOPLE invent things not some deity as they did 10's of thousands of years ago BEFORE Christianity or the dark past that has. It's wasn't long ago that church tax was compulsory the the RC church still has it's hand in education in Germany.
The best way to be a cunt on this earth is to do what you want (because of some afterlife) get forgiven for it. As an Atheist, I do my best in this one life and I would help anyone, no rules, If I can help someone, I will. I am polite to people and respect your right to believe what you want, but I do not and never will show respect for religion.

@@grahamnumber7123 you have so many false tropes here I don't know where to begin. It's to the point I wonder if there's really any point. If your also one who repeats the same trope about religious people causing the most deaths as result of some religious war, that's been debunked by historical records. A well known lie made popular by Sam Harris in his book The End of Faith. Problem is that this crap is irrefutably false based on historical records. For your reference you can verify that by studying Philip and Axlerod's Encyclopedia of Wars. It covers most of the battles recorded throught human history. Of those only 6.9% were religious. Of those 66% were waged in the name of Islam making it the most prevalent religion to wage war in its name. But you go after Christians so again your bias is quit clear. With only 6.9% of deaths as a result of religious war this leaves the number of deaths as a result of non-religious leaders to be the leading cause by a HUGE margin. You can refer to R.J. Rummel's work Lethal Politics and death by Government. He provides sources as well.

So I'm curious if their unknown DNA matches the Paracus yet unknown DNA, meaning they both have a common ancestor.

No t all elongated skulls are the same. Some are natural, while others were made intentionally by head -boarding. Wherever the natural skulls are are megaliths. What I find really strange is that the natural elongated skulls came out of nowhere (about 3,000 years ago at least) until about 1,500 A.D. If they were hunted down and killed, why are there so many cultures trying to mimic what they saw as possible gods?

I've seen and performed more DNA work than I could have ever preferred for my lifetime. It is painfully sensitive work and involves far more 'hope' than any research procedure should ever lean on. We often have to rely on the same biological structures that naturally take apart/read our genetic information when trying to do the same in a lab setting. Other methods exist, but they're very rough and not for delicate samples. The output of a test of this type isn't something where it would even be reasonable to judge it on-site as to whether it is actually worthy of sending the results back to the requester or not. In fact, there is a very well structured system in place for this sort of analyses. The most likely case is that they were unable to successfully isolate/read the material (once a run is through, you either got it or you didn't.. if you didn't, you destroyed it).

I think those skulls likely were shaped for a cultural and religious reason. I definitely believe in aliens 1000% I know humans have shaped infants skulls to look this way. Baby skulls are very very malleable and can be shaped over time.

This is HUGE, glad to see all the yrs of hard work have lead to this evidence.
The DNA results certainly speaks for itself. More testing will need to be done to solidify the evidence & a theory backed by even more evidence to truly shatter the currently held oceanic isolation hypothesis.
Unfortunately academia, at this time, is going to 1st willfully ignore this scientific evidence. If it gains enough attention though, then through an exercise of deceptive gymnastics they will claim the samples were tainted since it proves ancient trans-oceanic migration.
They will also attack your credibility since you're an "amateur" & have associated w/ LA Marzulli & been on Ancient Aliens so be prepared.
Great work to everyone involved. Be ready to weather the storm if this gains the attention it absolutely deserves.

Mutation that was not viable, most likely. Probably difficult births. Theoretically in that case there could be a "throwback" sometime, but not likely unless the government who already would have the info would do the DNA combination. Probably in vitro in the the lab, possible C-section. I mean, these people think they're God, don't they.

@@okapislash5406 okay... look... I'm not going to argue against your alien statements, but I can't pass by this comment and not say something on the science. Please forgive me.
-If the DNA isn't combined via complimentary base pairs than it isn't even DNA. That is what DNA means. Also, on a chemical level, if we're talking triple stand genetic material (again, totally can't even kind of call it DNA anymore, the entire concept/structure/function would be different), it would be impossible for it to be made up of the same macro-molecular building blocks as what our body uses.
-This is the big one. What you are thinking of are the "21 amino acids" that serve as the building blocks of a human's proteins. These amino acids serve a similar purpose to letters within a word. Combine them in unique arrangements, brand new word, brand new properties, brand new function. The human body actively utilizes far past the thousands of unique proteins. Those 21 are also discussed on the basis of what we find in most living organisms. More amino acids exist than that.
-Their results will 'never' be inconclusive. You either get a sequence or you don't. The lab results aren't actually to be interpreted at the lab. There are online databases, services, and tools to help with that process, but it has nothing to do with the lab. They either are able to retrieve results or they fail to do so. It is very, very easy to fail to do so, especially on ill-preserved DNA material.
