A simple and quick way to weld turned metal hinges. This way you can easily install metal hinges to gates, doors, windows, gratings. The basis of the frame frame is a pipe 40x40 2 mm thick. Column 80x60 3 mm thick. Electrode 3 mm thick. Mounting tie 4 mm wide, 2 mm thick, but it is better to take a wider and thicker mounting tie.

Great video man! Wich rod did you use? 6011 and how many amps? I don't like to do that because I usually make holes lol I can weld very well but not on thin material. Regards
