When it comes to why people play the way he plays. Think about the same way as camping in an FPS or even cheating. When ppl lack the skill/ability to play or perform at a decent level, they will settle for cheesy, looked down on, cheap ways bc it may be all those things....but it works and at the end of the day humans are opportunist. If it works, if it gets wins...they'll do it.
I think that was more a case of a casual player with a below average team getting tired of been dunked on by god teams and switching to the dark side.

@@jlunai As Jorder mentioned, these aren't the casuals. Casuals don't care and wouldn't be in elite division lobbies or high elo champ lobbies. But there are ppl in those lobbies who play this way, bc again it works, and they know its annoying to play against, they hope it makes their opponent leave for an even easier win. When casuals get dunked on they go play career mode or another video game, they are casual, its not deep to them.

I very rarely face a casual player playing this way and if someone does I beat him anyway it's more the better players that will do anything for the quick win and it works unless they find someone who is willing to match their toxic behaviour or is way above their skill level.

Bro you got to understand that ball rolls are necessary to create space.. creating opportunities in the attacking third are hard enough as it is with how the AI defends. Once you utilize it more, you will see how improved your attack will be

@@TheSocializer I'm an 11 wins champs player. If I were to genuinely guess, Id say I generally average 0.5 ball rolls per game. I try to play with the right stick for realistic triggering or runs. Sideways, diagonally backwards, etc. And I try to do it with Arteta-like or Xabi-like tactics. You're probably right about it making me better. But I don't want to. I can't play the game every day 11v11 myself. So I use FIFA to 'play the game.' So I ain't gonna play something that doesn't look like real football. My choice, my disadvantage. But my love for the game. You're just playing a video game.

Why would the opponent force ground passes out of the press when he could just switch? And also first play of the game the opponent runs the line and hes already complaining. Anybody that gets above 9 wins is technically a rat . If you are good at this game , you probably play in a toxic way to get wins / results . If you are a football purist/ play proper football, you would only get like 6 wins . We are all rats lol

Idk if yall felt the same way, but two years ago they introduced co op friendly mode where you would match up with someone random and use a team ea gave you and match two random people and play. I was looking forward to it alot but after two years it still doesn't work 😂😂 it doesn't find any opponent and there is no objectives around it and the worse part is they marketed this feature back when it was released alot. Shameless company

That’s why I don’t like playing online much. The players are so toxic. I don’t have much time to play in general, but i usually stick to squad battles.. and float between professional and legendary. But playing glitch rats online, just pisses me off. Pressure rats, counterattack rats, finesse rats, all of them.. just irritate me. In friendlies I do have fun with them though sometimes, just do random shit to irritate them.. the best is when I let them score by moving the defenders out of the way.. and they hit the griddy..

Man FIFA community is the most toxic gaming community that I have seen in my entire life. 10 days ago, during Premier League friendly cup, I was owning my opponent and scored a goal in the 1st 15 minutes of the matches and I got DCed instantly, I was curious if he did it or no because this is my first FIFA game since 2015, and now am sure. EA is the worst company ever, and am glad that I bought the game for 40$ using steam items and never spent a dime on the store. This will be my last time buying garbage EA products.

3 and 5 atb are not banned so why you had to rage against them? Inter plays 5 atb, City plays 3atb, stop complaining! And the fact that my 5m pass (with pinged pass+ from Rolfo) in the middle gets intercepted every got damn time and my 50m long ball is inch-point perfect is the game's problem, not a people's issue. And it's also mad how my players are 3- or 4-man pressed and nobody else is actually open for a ground pass so everyone is passing in the air. And NOBODY IRL does stepover acceleration or ballroll trivela. The last one I hate with a pure passion from fifa 23. This is the most unrealistic things of this stupid game and nothing to do with the skill gap - just pure glitch abusing.
