your gold fish must be special? There is hardly any poop. I saw in another video with just only 2 gold fish and the mess is really a lot in just 48hrs. It was a bare bottom tank
Take the cap from the bottle, cut or melt a hole just large enough for the hose to fit through but still very snug. If you mess up the hole, try again on another cap. Or seal around the hole with silicone (no additives) or hot glue. Hope that helps.

Nicely done.. Try placing a bag of zeolite stones in the aquarium (for about a week) to absorb most of the loose ammonia.
