When we iftar, we usually start with date/kurma since it's sunnah. Also starting with desert actually very good for our body since we've been fasting all day long. If we eat heavy food it just makes us feel sleepy and bloated. 😂
A little bit of explanation how fasting works 1)you can eat before sunrise (more accurately before Subuh prayer most of the time is before 6:00am) also known as Sahoor 2)you can't eat or drink during the day(mostly between 6:00am-7:30 pm) 3)you can eat and drink after sunset (more accurately after Maghrib prayer) also known as Iftar/Buka puasa 4) there's also a special prayer only done in Ramadhan month (the prayer takes place after Isya prayer which takes places between 8:00pm-9:00pm Malaysia time) As for how much people eating on iftar and sahoor usually depends on the individual itself, some people can eat a lot of foods, some people only eat a little bit of foods when iftar and some people eat and drink a little bit then proceed to pray for maghrib prayer then eat heavy foods after the prayer.
3:50 "yang depan pun dah manis" he said in front of him also have sweets things.. referred to you.. cute or beautiful girl in front of him🤣🤣 thats why they seem happy🤣🤣
You can go Bazaar Ramadan Kampung Baru(Jalan Raja Alang), USJ 4(Subang Jaya), Cyberjaya,Wangsa Maju(longest Bazaar Ramadan, almost 300 stall),Desa Pandan and more.
when malay celebrate their hari raya, hope u guys can try their bamboo glutinous rice which called' lemang' in malay, its one of the traditional food from our malay friends. lemang cook by glutinous rice and coconut milk inside the bamboo and use charcoal to cook .super delicous especially when it eat with beef rendang curry!
@@nami.oishii_malaysianlife i dont know also😂😂 you need to ask malay friends living around your area.they might know where to sell😂😂hope u able to find it😂😂
Usually, some people just do iftar with a simple dish like kuih or roti and then continue with the main dish one hour after the iftar so that it is not so tough on their stomachs.
..mahe' nye!...kat Malim Nawo tak sampe $10 nasi ganja nye....(nasi wonge' dgn nasi ganja ni lebeh kurang aje, tapi kan yg 'ori',yg dari zaman dulu lagi ialah nasi ganja kat Ipoh la.....
The nasi ganja guys just sing their stalls tag line. I just catch the last part of their song "Datang Lagi" means come again. Nasi ganja is very addictive like ganja(marijuana). Thus the name but ofcourse they don't put the drugs in 😊. FYI, usually people don't really eat super a lot because muslims wake up early in the morning to cook and have Sahur(morning food before fasting). But its not like having breakfast.
1:57 I like japanese food so I at least know a few basic things about sushi. Anyway on some food we (some of us) just call something easy to make it convenient (sometimes confusing too). For example. Meggi. Maggi curry = meggi. Instant mi goreng = meggi. Instant ramen = meggi. Instant spicy Korean noodle = meggi 😅 About the nasi ganja. Ganja aka marijuana, when I was young I was told the seller sprinkled marijuana in the curry that's why they called it nasi ganja and I believe it 😂
Why puasa? Because it is one of the the five pillars of Islam: Shahadah: the declaration of faith. Salah: praying five times each day. Zakat: giving money to charity or those in need. Sawm: fasting during the month of Ramadan. Hajj: pilgrimage to Mecca.
you look so hot and sweaty there, maybe you need a portable fan too as non Muslim you can buy drink and go somewhere discreet away from people (maybe behind stall or nearby building) have a drink refresh yourself and then come back you will have energy to stand in line for nasi kerabu.
its better to go early to avoid crowded, 4pm should still not many people.. also roti john is overated its expensive and hardly any meat in it, i prefer murtabak or ramly burger cheaper and more satisfying..
beautiful mother, handsome father and a very cute little child...thanks for sharing the video.
