When we iftar, we usually start with date/kurma since it's sunnah. Also starting with desert actually very good for our body since we've been fasting all day long. If we eat heavy food it just makes us feel sleepy and bloated. 😂

A little bit of explanation how fasting works
1)you can eat before sunrise (more accurately before Subuh prayer most of the time is before 6:00am) also known as Sahoor
2)you can't eat or drink during the day(mostly between 6:00am-7:30 pm)
3)you can eat and drink after sunset (more accurately after Maghrib prayer) also known as Iftar/Buka puasa
    4) there's also a special prayer only done in Ramadhan month (the prayer takes place after Isya prayer which takes places between 8:00pm-9:00pm Malaysia time)
As for how much people eating on iftar and sahoor usually depends on the individual itself, some people can eat a lot of foods, some people only eat a little bit of foods when iftar and some people eat and drink a little bit then proceed to pray for maghrib prayer then eat heavy foods after the prayer.

The nasi ganja guys just sing their stalls tag line. I just catch the last part of their song "Datang Lagi" means come again. Nasi ganja is very addictive like ganja(marijuana). Thus the name but ofcourse they don't put the drugs in 😊.
FYI, usually people don't really eat super a lot because muslims wake up early in the morning to cook and have Sahur(morning food before fasting). But its not like having breakfast.

1:57 I like japanese food so I at least know a few basic things about sushi. Anyway on some food we (some of us) just call something easy to make it convenient (sometimes confusing too). For example. Meggi. Maggi curry = meggi. Instant mi goreng = meggi. Instant ramen = meggi. Instant spicy Korean noodle = meggi 😅
About the nasi ganja. Ganja aka marijuana, when I was young I was told the seller sprinkled marijuana in the curry that's why they called it nasi ganja and I believe it 😂

Why puasa? Because it is one of the the five pillars of Islam:
    Shahadah: the declaration of faith.
Salah: praying five times each day.
Zakat: giving money to charity or those in need.
Sawm: fasting during the month of Ramadan.
    Hajj: pilgrimage to Mecca.

    イフタールの良い食べ方は、一度にたくさん食べないことです。胃がうまく処理できていない可能性があります。
    長い一日の断食の後、空腹を和らげるために少し食べるだけです。しばらくしてから残りを続けることができます
