I’m not polish but grew up in a polish area and my dads best freind was polish and my dad was a good polka dancer. He would be on the floor for hours. Even my grandma Saturday morning polka would be blasting every Saturday morning early. I’ll never forget my dad getting ready to go see Eddie b at the bayway polish home in the 80s. This music will always have a special place in my heart ❤️
When I was a kid until my mid teens, my parents and I would go to polka dances. Saw Eddie perform many times… one of the most infectious musical bands.. great voice and delivery. Brings back many good memories.. I’m in my 60’s now, but I remember those days filled with dancing and having a wonderful time..
I don’t have an ounce of Polish in me but I was adopted into a loving family. My mom’s side is Polish. My grandpa loved listening to Eddie and I’d listen with him and dance polka with my grandpa. Such wonderful memories.

I listened to these Bands every weekend in various VFW's and Bars all over Minn. My late wife of 31 years who from the Philippines loved Polka music, also Irish music. I left that album in the Philippines. I was born in Buffalo, NY on 10/17/1953. Lived in the Buffalo area the first 9 years of my life.
