All I heard the judges do in court was striking out all the presentation of LP and PDP. APC couldn't have won presidential election,not now not ever. Courts are the same throughout the world. If judges want to rule against you, they must find something to use. Sometimes, their reasons don’t make sense at all. Peter Obi and Atiku Abubakar are very comfortable human beings on earth. They’ve got nothing to loose, their judgement sets bad judicial precedence if the constitution is not amended to counter the effect. A judge is only meant to interpret the constitution and apply that relevant meaning to the case before him. A judge is not on the bench to judge the constitution. If the constitution says , you must get 25% in FCT. Somebody saying nothing special about FCT residents is mere judging the constitution.

I am alarmed that Wike was copiously calling God's name and also boldly declaring that there was no rigging in Rivers. He stated this without batting an eyelids. Wike from his privileged position has detailed report of how violent the election was in Lagos. 2023 election was like a crime scene in the West and states like Edo and Rivers. INEC sold themselves out so that IREV ( the most critical part of electoral integrity) suffered a purported glitch. I have a fear, Wike's fall will be very disastrous as he continues this way. He has taken too much. This is exactly how PDP used to behave from 1999 to 2015. They seemed invincible. Today they are gasping for survival.

So parties opposing the illegal selection of their Tinubu as president, are right even though they don't trust in the tribunal.
