I was so disappointed to see that I missed this live yesterday. Last night I had your video set-up in my Watch Later queue and now I am watching the replay this morning. I am only 10 minutes in right now, but I just had to comment first before I finished watching all the way through .. I mean, who doesn't love a love story, am I right?! Love .. that topic will get us every time; it just draws us in completely; and there are many different kinds of love - familial love, love between spouses, and God's love for us, to name a few. I love marriage .. I love talking about it, sharing about it, hearing about it, and more than anything I love being married. The longer time has gone on, it's amazing how marriage thrives, how that love grows more deeply, and how incredible to even imagine the capacity we have in our hearts as that love flourishes .. we think we've reached the depth, that we love our partner so deeply and so fully, and yet there's still more. And more. It's never-ending. In our almost-25 years of marriage, we have never been happier. While many people might cringe a little of growing older as the years seem to pass by so quickly, we're excited for it because we can't wait for more .. to grow even closer, to love even more deeply, to enjoy even more time together as God intended marriage to be. We just can't wait to see what's next 💜

The chachamim also bring down, that it’s a ger who coverts, meaning, you as a non-Jew before going through the conversion process, was, a stranger from the world you come from, you already have a Jewish neshama, what you are doing is going through the process to bring down that neshama into you. Being a ger is the ultimate teshuvah, returning to your source ( HaShem).

In Morrocco they had a Rich Separdic Culture.. learn about in Detail the Racisim encountered by Sephardim, Yeminites and Eithopians etc. Both the Religious and Secular establisments here have much soul searching to do.. Ashkenazis have contributed a lot and have gone through unspeakable horrors. But, there are TONS of other types of Jews. My mom was half Moroccan. I am a Sephardic Jew. Sephardics have the most beautiful culture. The most important works have come from the Sephardics. It is a shame that people think they have to become Ashkenized to be accepted. They will learn the truth about Ben Ish Chai, Rabbi Faur, Rabbi Yehudah Fetaya and more in time. When the Ashkenzis were being persecuted in Europe during the middle ages, Sephardics were flourishing in culture, music Jewish texts, poetry and literature. That is why the Ashkies came there to be with them, to escape persecution, when the Sephardics had a symbiotic relationship with the Arabs there, and the Sephardics were learned in all the sciences. Ashkies were astounded to find that. When the Ashkies came to Israel in the 40's they wanted nothing to do with Middle Eastern -Eastern Oriental culture, and they themselves persecuted all the non Eastern European Jews, they took the babies from Yemenite Jews and gave them away, they sterilized the women, the Moroccan men wrote home to the North African Jews not to come to Israel, they treat us worse than the Nazis. They wanted to rebuild Eastern Europe in Israel. If they want to know some truths, they can read this article from Haaretz: www.haaretz.com/israel-news/.premium.MAGAZINE-horrified-by-racism-moroccan-immigrants-in-israel-warned-families-not-to-follow-1.9982152

BEGED IVRI was established in 1983 based on a vision of how the Israelites dressed as a free people, upright in their Land.
Awaking before dawn, ritually immersing in the mikve, our ancestors would don their Israelite garment, ascend the Temple Mount, and await the sunrise and the beginning of the daily Temple Service.
    How did they dress?
    How are we dressing?
Beautiful Biblical attire for the modern Israelite, for worship and general wear
    Black coats?
    Black hats?
    Suits and ties?
    The fashion of Borough Park
    .... or perhaps Paris?
    Of course not!
The beautiful Biblical fashion for the modern Israelite was born of that vision.
Starting out as a bedsheet folded, pinned, and cut while the vision was still "hot" -- Beged Ivri has over the last 13 years strived to meet the growing demand created by the availability of native Israelite garments.

Are you even serious with this nonsense? The current Ashkenazi L'vush was obviously not developed in Israel. Whose fault is it that Sephardic and Edut Mizrach frum people would also choose to adopt such styles? It developed in GALUS!! Not exactly sub tropical in Eastern Europe us it? A bit silly to wear white, thin, flowy kaftans or Arab style sheets? The truth is (Israel not withstanding) we are still in Galus. You can sit here and pretend we're not but real yiden know we are, not just Chassidish anti zionists. Funnier yet is your assertion of a "vision".
