Wow! Nice one. It’s been 8years, I have not been to Nigeria but by the grace of God, I will travel to Nigeria next yr with my family. I am from Uga and you were at Uga. I just felt home. Thanks for the sweet feeling 😃
Am from Uga too I know all this road ntutu akwu ekeleooo 🙋♂️🙋♂️ my Facebook name is UGA DI NMA
When I was a child, my siblings and I used to fetch water from Njiaba river. We used go all the way from Aro-Umuchukwu-Okwudor on foot...
Thank you so much Flo for this video. You have really took me to my home town . At least having the opportunity to have a climpse of my town after so many years, is a great pleasure.
Thank you
I'm from Azigbo in Nnewi South but married in Osina. You just passed our compound. We live in USA and had not been home due to the pandemic. Hopefully we visit soon. Keep it up I really enjoy ur vlog.
The roads were sooo bad, i could feel it while watching. I felt car sick and i am not even there with you. HAHAHAHAHA
Hi Mama Flo 😘 Who's a part of notification squad?👇🏾 Happy Thanksgiving Sunday folks! Cheers and Peace ✌🏾 🥂
It is very interesting to me to revisit through your video the towns (Urualla, Akokwa, Osina, Ihiala, Owerri, Uga, Umuaka, Obodo, Orlu) I lived in with my mother and siblings during the Nigeria-Biafra war as we ran as refugees from my home town of Asaba to Portharcourt and to those towns in Anambra and Imo states. Big development in these towns!
Very interesting sir.
I really missed Osina seminary school, it has been long I saw it last, am happy to have a glance at it today
OMG! See my roots, I pass through all these roads. Is been awhile.
Thanks for the video Flo Chinyere. Who are the 3 people that dislike the video. Maybe, they are happy with the current bad state of some Naija roads
Never been to the east but l love seeing these videos and l love the east, l think its quite beautiful. Its a shame how this federal system has crippled Nigeria, even something as basic as roads is federal in nigeria. Here in England local government build roads and l am sure its the same in Spain where you are. These state governors should forget federal and build the roads, especially since it for the benefit of the state not someone in Abuja somewhere like you said. Nigeria cannot dream of any meaningful progress if the roads, the engine of commerce and development are dilapidated, diplorable and in disrepair. Thank you.
Am from orlu town aunty Flo, Orlu should be one of the best town in south, East Nigeria because they have production governors and Senators for the last 16 years now and other wealthy men.So am not even happy that my O town is still like this till date.
love love love! these village vlogs and drive alongs. Thank you.
My sister keep it up, we love what you're doing.
Thaknks so much, l saw the roots to my home town.
God bless you all.
I like watching your channel and other vloggers showcasing West Africa, because you all show people places in your countries. I guess that I will never understand why the road networks across West Africa is not better.
Urualla for life
It's good to see Orlu through the lens of your camera. I'm not from Orlu but I'm currently based here though I would be relocating to Abia State this week. I think the development in Orlu was greatly influenced by the presence of a Teaching Hospital (The Imo State University Teaching Hospital is situated in Orlu) and an International market as well. Much love mama❤
The roads from Orlu to Owerri are terrible. It really keeps me from traveling.
Representing Urualla
Orlu zuru mee...... Thanks sis flo... You finally drove through my home town Orlu
Prince Isaac, I am from Osina, thanks for taking me home, writing from beautiful cape town south Africa.thanks
Yes urualla is head quarter of Ideato north
I just love village and market vlogs eeeehhhh
Thank you Flo, you drove passed my village.
Flo,
😊 Happy Sunday. I'm enjoying the ride. Stay safe. You did such a 👍 job completing this journey. I finally watched the entire trip , although I was feeling each and every gallop and bump on the road. I can see why they call our roads death trap. I commend you immensely for your efforts in making these videos and taking the time to describe the scenery. More grease to your elbows.
Nne thanks for showing us all this I really enjoying it and I will be going home this Dec 2020 👏🏽👏🏽
OMG. I'm from Uga. I saw the route leading to my father's compound. I feel I was the one traveling to my village. Aunty Flo, well done. I spot Oye Uga, Akokwa.
Orlu in da house
thank you dear Aunty Flo we love you so much
Thanks for the Google drive i can feel it and the sound i listing carefully at home with my christmas and joy come from the God
Flo: what"s up wonderful discussion on planning (drivable roads, clear directions, & check points.).
Ndi Orlu kwenu😊 I was literally waiting to see my fathers compound but seems you took the old owerri road instead of banana junction..feels surreal seeing my hometown through your lens ❤️
same here. I was even jumping like am practically in the back seat of the car.🤗
Omg! I'm from Umuma Isiaku, and we pass banana junction in Orlu to my village which is 15mins away. We always stop at that place called bridge to buy bread and beverages when we're coming home for christmas.
Thank you flo. Nkume is my home town.
Hi mama you make my day I am form Orly THANKS AND GOD BLESS YOU mama

Eastern Part

Well done Aunty Flo❤️

Nice one flo
That's my route, it's tiring travelling because the roads are really bad; journey of 2-3hours you ll spend more. Ike gwuru!
Aunty Flo you tried very well
It's not easy translating the conversations you people had throughout this video. Differentiating his and yours with color. My friend Twinkle is from Osina.
Aunty flo ooooo I’m from Osina oooo 😀😀😀😀 chai see home oo Dim bu Onye akpulu near uga chai nekwa uzo ulo ooo ❤️❤️❤️Thanks for this .. I appreciate
I screened when you passed St. John’s church in ofeke.. after which you get urualla... home is home
Sam okwaraji ,the soccer protege home’s is behind the city gate.
Proudly orlu... we nor dey carry last
Also watching from Europa italy i miss home
Umuaka was a town to Nigeria footballer Emmanuel Emenike
One of the reasons I hate traveling in Nigeria is bad roads. I don't seem to understand why the State government will not fix these roads which was neglected by the federal government hence why we have these road accidents. Flo it is always a pleasure to watch your village/road trip vlogs. It brings back the good old memories for me. Thanks for sharing.
I feel you sis. I'm not from the east but bad roads are everywhere .
Thank you very much FLO .. as you are showing this video I cry , angry , I feel terrible shame to myself that am from Imo state orlu within Umuaka area to 10 minutes to my village from umuaka market . Why I feel terrible pain is because of the terrible road and someone is sitting as a government collecting hundreds and millions of Dollars without doing nothing, . Is just crazy. Orlu people are mainly business people and successful. You know what we individuals are not allowed to build the roads ourselves by community development. The government will stop it . That the problem. Is a total shame and embarrassing to see a road like this , okorocha mother is from orlu his father is Hausa man , Hope Uzodimma is Form orlu too , I tell you is really heart breaking, this a state of highest gas reserves and everywhere is oil , palm crops too , the most educated in the whole of Nigeria if not Africa. Could someone imagine such a terrible state of roads and poor environment. I cry in my heart . FLO GODBLESS YOU AND PROTECT YOU . LOVE YOU FROM MY HEART . Thank you very much . Please if you need my help just contact me . Godbless thanks
Victor, the rulers there don't care because they all have private jets and have little or no need for the roads. I shed tears for my people.
Uzoma Dike you don’t need to be ashamed of yourself rather be ashamed of those beast we have also have as Governor, I am from Umuaka 100% proud of where am from good or bad road.
One day they will all answer for all they have stolen.
My home town
I miss Nigeria
Which governor, the road Sam Mbakwe did so many years ago are better than these ones did few months ago. Rochas did the road but without solid materials and it washes out after the first heavy rain.
Nwaorieubi is my local government wow u pass my town
Im nt from Nigeria nor Africa bt I love watching your village vlog since its similar to mine bck in(PNG) in the Pacific Islands.

I better make money for private jet in 2021 because this road can stir someone’s bones to shreds in that 45 minutes drive 😂

@@MillicentXandercs1 lol.
Flo, you passed in front of my house when you passed Orlu. You should have stopped for a drink. Although, I am not at home this period. Well, next time. Have a nice trip and enjoy your holidays. Imo state is home of bad road. Which governor, all thieves.
Awww! Next time then.
The town is so built up. What influenced the development?
@@FloChinyere That is the efforts of many orlu indigenes in diaspora building massive houses and creating few businesses. The government is still sleeping in that area till now. The last 16 years have been governors from Orlu which contributed though. I am in Uk, a new ytuber, We were there last year for two months with no electricity. If you come to Uk check me out. I have good things on my channel as well. Thank you for responding to me. You are so nice.
Orlu ñdioma nke anyi🥰
That’s Amakohia/Akwakuma, on Orlu road

Mama Flo come again ooo
You wrote my village UMUAKA with red on your thumbnail am really curious let me just sit down and watch.
Yeahhhhhhh I saw my precious village UMUAKA!!!! I will see you in two weeks time can’t wait to go home.
That is not a pedestrian crossing, that is the boundary of orlu now you are heading to Umuaka and then to owerri. It was Rochas that constructed it saying that city like Orlu is supposed to have a demarcation and sign when you are entering it.
Rocha’s did not construct that “pedestrian” although it’s not pedestrian. That things has been there since I was born, 30 yrs plus. I met it there. Maybe he renovated it..
@@2co1s ok you are right ✅..he renovated it..Cliff Sir..have you subscribe to my CZcams channel 😀, you must be from Orlu.
Orlu is my ancestral home
Waoo, Flo I am glad watching u pass in front of my house beside that Orie Uga,I haven't been home for almost 4 years now,
Happy to see that Orie have been developed but with no good road,
That road is a road that someone like Andy Uba passed Everytime to his home, and he's planning to come out for Governorship election.
Thanks dear,I really see something I wouldn't mention here too 💕💕
Ngwanu bia na-azu uno gwa m what you saw. 😂
@@FloChinyere 🤣🤣🤣🤣
Why is Orlu developed to that extent? One answer... Building material market. Lots of country homes built within the different villages along that bush path.
I'm from Orlu
Big Sis hope you enjoyed the shaky, shaky journey to our state 😂!
I think Orlu is that "developed" because Orlu is the 2nd largest city in Imo state after Owerri and they have also produced the highest number of Governors than any other part of Imo state.
This video took me home. I'm from Akpo Aguata local government area.

Flo well done as always! Enjoyed watching this, I’m not too familiar with Imo roads, except the way to my in-laws which you covered partially in this video. 😁 Jisi ike nwayi oma 👍🏾

@@FaithMartins OK which village
Why don’t you do some videos teaching us how to speak your dialect? This way I could learn to speak with people who come from Nigeria. I have asked my husband and some of his siblings but they don’t have or make the time. Thanks to your videos and the way you put the language in English on the subtitles has helped me understand what he is saying to his family members on the phone. Some what they say is not flattering about me. I want to learn and show them that what they are saying is not correct.
There are some apps you can download on your phone for learning languages. Try Duolingo. I think you can learn Igbo language there
@@diplomatdiplomat2800 Thanks 🙏
IMO state is all about “akpuolagi”. The governor is using the funds meant for road’s allocation to invest in his family & build statues!
Showing the street only, why? I really don't understand 😕
