Hello, I was diagnosed with Frontal Fibrosing Alopecia, but I have the same pattern of hair loss. I had a biopsy done.
I was told by a trichologist to stop using sugar. She also said not to use oils on my scalp only use oils on my hair. A dermatologist said my hair loss came from inflammation on my scalp and in the body.
I think sugar is a thing for me as well & I absolutely love it smh Thank you for sharing this ! 💕
