    I think the issue goes back to trust. The church does not know how to deal with deeper addictions and identity, self esteem issues etc. if you see guys once a month what bond or relationship is there that one would be free enough to discuss deeper issues and battles? Mens groups are superficial even though we say we don’t want that. It seems to always morph into that. In order for us to reach down and mentor, men have to have someone to reach up to. How can men mentor if they have never been mentored? Most churches don’t want to be bothered.

      That’s when the leader needs to make themselves available.
      Because it starts with one. One plus one equal two and so on and so on. We need to begin the ripple effect of of making the difference by reaching out to other men.

    The men group in my church wants me to belong to their group but am not secure and sure of their visions so what should I do?they keep coming and coming

    I would agree, there are more women leading departments then Men.
