I have no idea why, but Pure Platinum on Verse 2 took ages for me. Anyone else?

Same here, hardest pure platinum verse for me). Tryied every demon and weapon, succesfully made it only with Mictlantecuhtli+Abracadabra and Gaze of Despair. Always get 19-21k combo points with them.
