The developers have an official group in the vk from where you can download, but you can also download the mod on other sites with mods for this game

@@pheanox5511 If you downloaded an apk file to android, then just run it, it will install and everything should work. If you downloaded the PC version, then just take and unpack the contents of the archive into any, preferably empty, folder and run any of the two files: BEII.jar or BEII.exe
There's nothing else I can do to help, since I didn't have such a problem.
