I think the better word for the title would be disassembly; decomposition is used more often in the sense of dead organic matter breaking down, as opposed to dismantling objects for maintenance. Other than this small detail, great video as always!

Wow. Never seen a ceiling cassette evaporator mounted directly on the ceiling. Usually they are mounted into a cutout in the ceiling. Great video

천장형 에어컨 오래되면 물때 끼어서 센서 이상 생깁니다. 근데 출장비가 너무커서 쉽게 부를수 없음
에어컨을 더 고장없이 오래 쓸수있을려면 저게 더 쌀거라 봅니다. 그리고 사람 호흡기건강 관리차원에서도여. 집에서 필터청소를 하고있지만서도 제가 쓰는 에어콘 연식이 너무 오래되서인지 냄새가 잘 안가시네여... 좀더 저런 근본적인 청소가 아주 가끔은 필요하다고 생각되네여.
@@chairshot 냄새남다면 콤팡이 의심해보셔야합니다. 저도 오래된 에어컨 유튜브에서 분해방법 배워서 전부 뜯었더니 와우! 내부에 그냥 검정 숫댕이 발라놓은지 알았습니다.
물을 뿌릴 자신은 없어서 물티슈 몇통 써서 그냥 다 닦아 냈떠니 냄새 하나도 안남. 깨끗해짐..ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ

If that intake filter was cleaned more often, the rest of the unit wouldn't get as dirty. This guy knows how to do this efficiently.

I do like that little pressure washer!
Two things. A. If that filter was cleaned regularly. You wouldn’t have to take it apart that far except every other year. B. There’s a little plastic bar to secure the fan blad so you don’t bend the mounts or break the plastic blade.
Every AC needs servicing at least in 1 year.
@@awesomebrother19 that’s a rookie phrase. To sell more contracts. Clean your filters, rinse outside unit. And you won’t that kind of servicing except when I posted. Also.

Are these ceiling ACs available in other countries? Seems to be pretty convenient in small out of the way rooms.

Здравствуйте. Скажите сколько времени занимает чистка? Промывается при этом насос водяной и слив?
отвечу с опозданием. минимальное время такой чистки внутреннего блока=3 часа. Нужно знать методику разборки блока. На видео показан слишком чистый блок. В реальности, грязи больше и она плотнее по консистенции.
Если нет претензий к отводу воды из блока, помпу и дренаж не трогают. Достаточно визуального осмотра.

If you rig a top hold on your outdoor American condenser you can blow (non pressure) water inside out. Disconnect AC breaker first of course. It goes way quicker. Just use water as you dont want foreign compound on the metal.

I did a part-time job of it(air conditioner, laundry machine high pressure cleaning same in south korea) i did it when boss toss me a part of air conditioner i cleaned each parts several times. Because detergent can remain in air conditioners sponge area. When i finishes the clean i checked each sponge parts to pressing of it to wash out remain detergents. If i don't there's can be unwashed detergents when drying air conditioner.
