I love seeing Grapplers able to make good use of a parry into their command grabs in SFIII. I really hope Zangief can do the same in 6 and be an actual character again in a Capcom game.
Grapplers are built for that big pay day only in a lot of games. The notion for years is that in exchange for not getting good stuff compared to others, you get that big grap and it balances out. Turns out just being a good character overall is better, mysteries wrapped in enigmas

That Hugo was godlike, but I still think best Hugo in the world is YSB, AutoMattock Justin fought while ago is up there too, or was up there, I think he'd win if he didn't go for 720 in every Daigo parry.
