How to make handmade paper blending stumps using only 3 supplies

In this video I'm showing you how to create your own homemade paper blending stumps, using only 3 supplies, printer paper, tape and a piece of sandpaper or a nail file.
Blending stumps are so useful when drawing in graphite or coloured pencils, and I understand that its not always easy to get art supplies locally, so I have shown you a way of making blending stumps that are very affordable but very handy.
