You don’t understand how Brazil works. Clubs are not just for football, they also have a variety of other sports and that includes gymnastics. Rebeca changed clubs 8 years ago to Flamengo that’s one of Brazils biggest football clubs if not the biggest that has the best Olympic training team. Rebeca had access to one of the best TC ever with the best doctors and physio in the world. was a big bet they did and made her recover from her knee injury. A successful bet.
Clubs are not just for soccer for sure, they usually have a Volley team, a Basketball, junior leagues, swimming, tennis...and most of the big clubs have a lot of other sports besides soccer. Flamengo is the biggest one on Gymnastics and also soccer 😂
Flamengo even has a League Of Legends Team competing in CBLOL, they are everywhere 😂

I’m American and love Simone. I also love Rebecca. She’s pretty, sweet, and extremely hardworking. When Simone finally passes the torch, I hope she passes it to Rebecca. Rebecca will be 28 at the next Olympics. She’s determined and I know she’s making her mom and siblings happy. Simone has great respect for Rebecca but of course many want her to be that way. Simone wasn’t raised that way at all and never wants to disrespect her parents.
Both Simone and Rebecca have a story to tell.
I am Brazilian and I learned to admire Simone Biles as a human being and an athlete after her statements about Rebecca. Yes, they are both very polite and their behavior serves as a model for all young women in the world. It is very gratifying to observe their attitudes perfectly aligned with the Olympic spirit. Competitors yes, enemies never! It would be great if some political leaders learned to treat each other like Biles and Rebecca do. The world would be a less complicated place.

I saw her on CZcams years ago after the Tokyo Olympics and knew immediately that she was going to be Simone’s greatest competition.
I'm Brazilian and I can tell for me, I know that Biles are a genius, the best of our time, but see Rebecca there fighting for her place at the podium is what gave us hope, she aren't and she doesn't need to be the best, when she does her best she can bring hapiness to our country, and I know for sure that what makes Rebecca be so good is Biles making her push her limits, they respect each other. 🇧🇷❤🇺🇸

@@cameronhurt1788 you realize that Rebeca simplified two of her apparatus and still gave Simone a run for her money in the Overall competition? Simone had to up her already super high difficulty to beat her.
Not letting Andrade do her skill at the Vault was the wrong move and it cost her the Gold in that apparatus. Don't know what they were thinking.

@jayn6943 dosent simone hold the highest difficulty moves on floor im sure she does I mean that routine is basically the same as always what did she do differently? She always does both the biles and biles 2 which only 4 people have ever done the biles much less the second one I'm just trying to understand how you lose when your routine is considered the most difficult to do and your flips garner the highest points. Same thing with the double pike I'm sure that's the hardest trick to throw on vault as far as how high the grade of difficulty Is . Some people have even suggested that the letter grade for difficulty is still to low considering hardly nobody else can throw the tricks themselves. The disrespect is crazy

in Tokyo Biles felt the need to slow down for mental health. Rebeca has been in therapy since she was 13 years old. They respect each other but I believe each one's story is the source of their achievements. Each one with their own difficulty.
