TOTAL WAR : Warhammer III UNITS : Ungor Raiders VS Archers Light Armour DIFFICULTY : Normal #warhammer #1v1 #totalwar #unitvsunit #warhammer3 #strategygaming #totalwartroy
@@QinZ2 It’s military theory which basically states that volume of combatants is more important than quality of combatants. It makes a lot of assumptions about range, terrain, moral, etc. but in a setting like this with two equally willing combatants that have similar range, the ungor raiders volume of fire advantage defeats higher quality elven archers.
Besides stalk, Ungor Raiders have an 8-second reload while Archers have 11-seconds. This makes sense because I tested this out myself and Archer animation takes WAY too long when they're ready to fire another shot of arrows.
Ungor Raiders have stalk, so HE wouldn't be able to fire until they're spotted. At the start of the battle, the HE archers weren't firing because the Ungors were hidden for a brief moment.
@@BalbazaktheGreat Yeah stalk on low cost missiles is part of what makes them so nasty. And let's be real here neither archer would shoot that long in an actual battle between all the really good light cav both those factions have.
good display of lanchesters square law here
What does that mean?😃 tried looking it up but didn’t understand…

The elves probably mistook the ungor for dwarfs and went easy on them

That's a surprise!
The extra 30 models really helps them out
put that ontop of khazarak one eye and they become the best bang for your buck with poison arrows
--The HE archers got robbed on this one - you started the Ungors well withing their 180 range instead of forcing them to approach under fire.--
agreed. fairest test is having the HE use there range. else its not a true test.

Thank you for the correction! That considerably changes things!
