In this video I will show you how to crochet eyes for your AMIGURUMI! Crochet project for beginners. Step by Step Tutorial.
Stitches used in this tutorial:
Magic Circle
Ch = Chain stitch
Puff Stitch
St = Slip stitch
Sc = Single Crochet
This tutorial is done by using Size 2.5mm hook ( US C-E / 2-4 ) and Yarn Cotton 8/4.
To create smaller eyes as you can see in the thumbnail I recommend using Crochet Lace thread with a hook size 1mm - 2mm ( US 12 or smaller ).

R1[brown/black] : dc11 in a MC, sl st to first dc, F.O
R2[white] : attach white and ch1, 5(sc, inc), sc, slst to first st and F.O
->surface sl st 5 in eye colour between row 1 and 2
-> add the "shine" across from the surface sl st in white
