MR A-GAME, if you think the first few floors of the Middle Trials were hectic, just wait until floors 13-16 as they're nothing short of a Texas-sized SLAUBERKNOCKER of a fight! And the one cardinal rule I follow is once you defeat all enemies on each floor, scour the entire room for all items. The ice arrows you want to save for floor 9 as there are 5 Fire lizalfos, 2 are outside the Skull dome that will die with just one ice arrow each. The rest shoot the bomb arrows at them. But floors 6-10 are nearly in the complete pitch darkness as it's very hard to see the enemies except their red eyes.

Recvomendation: Go to the bottom right of the map (Faron Region) there’s a spot with healthy durians.Cooking the durians give you extra hearts and outside of trial of the sword they heal you completely as well.Combine this with using an attack boost dish or a defense boost dish before entering one of the trial helps a lot
I'm sure I'm not the first person to say this but if make a meal with a level 3 boost (such as 4 mighty bananas) and then you add any dragon horn shard (shot the horn of any of the dragons) the buff lasts 30mins
Dragon horns provide the 30 minute mark foods I believe. At least they did for me and easiest one to farm was nayda as she entered the promenad. Just camped out just above the memory location there.
I would advise you to cook hearty durian to get your hearts at max and attack up boost of 3 for a half hour makes a world of a difference unless you are a true master and do this without getting hit
Oh, btw mr a game I should remind you in middle trials master mode, like in the beginner trials as you didn’t listen, on the 3rd floor there is a forked Lizal whatever and a shield the damn thing does 24 damage so DONT FORGET IT it is on the ledge with the brown walls on it with the boko with the spear in the right side of the floor

You should really cook "attack up" food before entering the trials. 30 min buffs with triple attack should help you
