    Sir, I think the density part is wrongly described.. density should not be measured in terms of units per acre but in fact should be a qualitative measure. For eg:
    1) how much time it takes from GF to your unit - average wait time - depends upon no. of lifts per tower
    2) units per club - just so that you know and appreciate, Sobha City which is one of the lowest density projects in terms of units per acre just has 2 club houses for 1700 units. Once fully occupied, it will be a mess.
    Likewise other qualitative measures should be taken into consideration.
    Next you should have also talked about construction quality! Godrej, SS and Aashiana are no where even near Krisumi in terms of construction quality.
    Godrej quality is really substandard, and so is SS.
    But anyways thanks for the insights you provided
