Honestly I see many people saying The8 is the most calm members cuz he meditates... reality is this the reason he meditates is exactly cuz of his anger issues 😂... Minghao has this type of sweet face but strong actitude hot heated type of persona I mean that's realy him and to not get overboard he decided to start to meditate cuz it calms him down completely I have seen this not only in him but in my actual family sense I have chinese fam from my mom's side that the chinese culture in general has this thing with meditation that is realy deep to the soul there diferent types of ways to meditate but they are all to find your inner peace and relaxation to handle things better and wisely in life and the desitions an actions you make and want to make so Minghao and his meditation is something crucial for him to handle his busy stressful life as an idol plus many other stuff in life it calms him down for real and actualy for those who doesn't know I'm not talking for talking The8 actualy talked about this manner in vlive cuz a fan asked him about it and how those it actually works and stuff plus why does he do it... and he literary explained that from A to Z for real... I saw the video myself and it's actually impressive also to see him always finding a moment his rush life to actualy meditate daily is crazy he himself says that he doesn't even know how he actually manages to do it but he just does is like a spiritual inner soul call and he has to pick it up he call it like this but for me is actualy called discipline he auto discipline himself maybe unconsciously and now it just became a regular daily routine for him to just meditate that's why he can manage to do so even when he doesn't realy have the time to do so is like theirs always a way and moment for it naturally so yeah... The point in general I a funny way in this video with his members laughing about he being less hot heated cuz he meditates is cuz they obviously know him to well and they know his level and limit of patience and the reality is that nobody can't actually surpass that limit of his patience unless is them 😂😂😂 they know how to get him out of his meditation mode patience realy easy and well 😂😂😂🤣 and Minghao tries hard to fight it... but he alot of times finish exploding out on them in a funny way to cuz he doesn't like to hurt his members he knows how to treat them with love and respect but put them in place at the same time that Minghao... so yeah For me he is one of the calm members but he also has his moments but in comparison to the wild members like DK Hoshi, Joshua and Jeonhan seriously he is calm 🤣🤣🤣

It’s been a month already and even tho I never get angry I definitely calmed down and my concentration got better and I’ve just been better idk how else to describe it. At first an hour was too long but I got used to it and now I can always find an hour even on a busy day and I’ve had many of those .
I can feel that's few months I stopped meditating and I lose my temper very soon... But once to get the habite to meditate you won't get offended easily..
