I really love the idea that Reina treats Kuma better than everyone else, even more like her equal. She is just like her old man. Those two are obviously his favorites

Heihachi's endings are almost comedy gold since Tekken 5. Reina's no different now that she turns out to be another child of the old man himself.

Considering we found out that there's are other families besides the Hachijo that were given the Devil Gene by Azazal. It's not unlikely there are other CA disaster Heihachi found that held the gene but kept it dormant.

It's cool that they brought back those chains from Tekken 4.
I was worried that they'd overfocus on Reina throughout the story like they did with Lars & Alisa in T6 or what SF5 did with Rashid for simply being the new character but I was pretty pleased with how balanced her role was
She never steals the spotlight but in the few moments where the spotlight is on her, she _definitely_ left enough of an impression to not be seen as a side character
And she is set up as a major player in tekken 9 onwards
Assuming from this ending:
Reina really likes Kuma, considers Victor, Lars, Lee and Jin useful for her plans and knows that Kazuya killed Heihachi and hates him because she vowed revenge for her dad's death.
So she is kazuya and lars sister, and jin aunt

It is Heihachi's, but it's pretty difficult to see.
Honestly every single problem in the tekken universe started with Heihachi, betrayed and killed his father, tried to kill his son, tried to kill his grandson, found the ogre which killed Jun and left an illegitimate daughter who's psychotic enough to follow in his footsteps. He has to be the most ridiculously evil villain ever.
