Well, the Wehrmacht died TRY to blow it up.....with literally EVERYTHING they had. Explosives, Panzerschrecks, AA-Guns, AT-Guns, Tanks, Grenades, with several different Bombing Runs, including a Ju87....they even used a Sturmtiger and 2 V2-Rockets. But that bridge just wouldn't go down.
Thats why we have kamikazi japan plane pilots.

Actually the bridge did blow up 15 days after the Americans took the bridge, the bridge was so structurally unstable that after a support beam collapsed which resulted in the middle portion falling into the river and the the 2 ends snapping and became bent, however by this point the Americans already built pontoon bridges around the Bridge at Remagen
You forgot a thing,the German deployed the first bomber jet to destroy this bridge.
Of course,the Allied really wanted this bridge.This battle also was the Largest Allied Anti-Aircraft deployment ever.

Double height of camera, more sight we can see on the battlefield, double or higher range of fire, damage, accuracy make more realistic. CoH sequel must do this.
The lack of backpedalling with that StuG disturbs me.

If I remember correctly, the bridge at Remagen DID fall when the Germans deployed Frogmen to destroy it. I remember it because of it's mention in MoH: Vanguard. "He said the bridge was worth it's weight in gold. If that's true, a hell of a lot of dough sunk into the Rhine three weeks later. Men too. 28 guys died trying to keep it standing..." I may have gotten some of the numbers wrong. I haven't played the game in years. Hell, I don't even remember the rest of what he said :)

Its called a m15 combination gun carriage, it has two .50 cals and a 37mm
HEAT is high explosive anti tank, not high explosive (anti infantry) *the name says it sherm*
and yet it works well against infantry because it is still high explosive its just better at killing tanks

you should try play Leichte division in wehrmact in this mod.
their panzergrenadier in sdkfz.250 are op as frick against infrantry.
They also get Panther tank!
This mod is the only salvation for CoH 2.

just by the way... dont ever turn your back of a tank to your enemy... instead of turning around to retreat you rather reverse with your front showing to the enemy so things like stugs cant die so easily
just press the "U" - Button to reverse
or you can just make an arrow facing the enemy,just right click,and then drag.
+Afnan Zahran well you SHOULDNT do that... as it was shown in the video the tank destroyer did not reverse properly it started to turn around and then it went forwards

HEAT stand for high explosive anti tank and should not be effective against infanty but tank cannon is still a cannon soooo
nice gameplay by the way, but it does not make any sense at all that Tanks generally cant fall back with their front towards the enemy, so whats the thank there for? Even SuddenStrike had that Feature...im just saying! Keep playing & entertaining us like u did :)
You can back up with the tanks the hotkey is "u" by default :D

Why do you use right-click drag when moving infantry? Facing is irrelevant with inf.
they dont auto go too the best cover all the time, so using that works.

Sry Sherm....not you guys. Comment early in vid about the in game voices. 'U Boot' has a heap of promise but at this stage the voice acting is a disservice to it and 'Das Boot', which I'm guessing was the inspiration. Keep up the great work. Hope you are following 'Gates of Hell' (steam greenlight)

COH 2 makes me sad. the voices are just not as good as the first one.
Not only the voices but feel like the effects are worse too.Artillery and tanks shooting felt way better than in COH2 at least for me.And Europe at War just makes it perfect.
That's right, they don't have to give us british force or anything, just update the voice quality and I'll be so happy.
