@@part_h8606 normally irl roller coasters use motors (powered rails) to go up the long drops and then normal rails to go down
For extra more details for the roller coasters, use the powered rails DOWNhill bc irl it's like that

I've only been on one rollercoaster before, when I was a child
It was a train it was a bit high but it went low again so it wouldn't scare the kids and it was fun!

Ngl I would change the blue coaster to have a more realistic action to it using observers to make the powered rails turn on and off repeatedly so it acts like a chain system
The water-coaster was good and I add a little pool to it when you land on it you will directed to the pool. Thanks for the idea

I made the water coaster in Minecraft in mobile and the slime block makes the boat jump but after jumping it can't go forward.

Just a suggestion for anyone doing this in survival without an iron farm, you can also use Smooth Stone or Polished Diorite! They look quite similar to Iron blocks.

1:53 you should only make the first uphill with catwalks because it is the lift hill of the ride. And the first hill should always be the tallest because it gives the energy that the train needs to complete the layout. Other than that you don't need to make 2 wide until you add the brakes that will enter back to the station unless you run more than one car on the ride, which you will need one brake run somewhere around the ride per car. To add the brakes, you should make a small straight piece of track with catwalks, which you can either place activator rails unpowered or to make it functional, an one tick redstone clock connected to a set of powered rails.
And one last thing is you might want to make the catwalks one block below the level you place the track and make it 2 wide so riders can evacuate more easily which is the reason catwalks only exist near the brakes and the lift which are the only places trains can be stopped irl.
