Nice little video ,Thanks .
awesome little beast ;D
That would be cool to put in an old Ford T or A
Tidy looking mk4
About the pedals do you heel and toe those vehicles or it is more like a modern formula car left foot braking?
Do you use a Limited Slip Diff? I have a similar set up and use an LSD, but suffers from understeer.
How you managed to sorted out with the differential?
Where can you purchase something like this?
Very nice indeed, great job..do you not think the engine wont have enough torque and its a revvy engine and needs revvs all the time? If off the revs the torque wont be there? Just a thought but great job for sure it looks great and perhaps weight of car means torque will be there low down.
Im prob wrong and i accept with right gearing it'll be a rocket lol
117 Nm (86.29 lb-ft) @ 10000 rpm. ~185 ponies at 12'000.
That thing doesn't look too much heavier than the bike - probably plenty of torque there to get you into trouble, especially if you are changing up the ratio.
These little missiles regularly win club races against F3 Dallara race cars ,some of which are modified to run 1400 Suzuki Hayabusa motors .
Being that this is a modern car and not something from the 60's, you would think they would design in more protection for the driver's feet and upper body. I mean, "Why not?"
It’s not really a modern car as such the first chassis was in 1984. The one in the video is a mk4 same era as ours so you’re looking at mid 90s. The later cars have a much more raised nose mk6/7 but the framework is fairly similar.
I could be wrong but I don’t think safety was a priority with this one.
Same as with anything fast and awesome, I just want one chance to prove I am not qualified to drive this vehicle.
Formula SAE car on steroids
Me parece que no tiene diferencial, eso hara que el coche sea inmanejable a velocidad alta en curva y sobre todo muy peligroso
If you're going to use a Suzuki engine you might as well use a Hayabusa 200 plus horsepower
