I just found out that I tore my ACL (Right knee) and have a surgery planned in the summer and can’t stop thinking about it but I think the work that hector has done is definitely gonna take my mind off it and understand how to heal from it physically and psychologically. Lots of Love hector ❤️ Keep inspiring.
Just had mine in December... It's a quite painful recovery process but it's worth it as you'll have a stronger knee.. Got my left knee to do in the summer too as I tore both ACL's

Something we too often forget, is the impact that we have, as supporters, on the mental health of the players. One mistake and supporters call for their heads. This was a great mini series to watch and I appreciate Bellerin being so open and honest about his recovery. This has given me a new perspective on players.

Killed the series. Hector I cannot thank you enough for this series. I tore my left ACL playing for my college team and I was in denial for some time about it. This series showed that there is a light at the end of the tunnel and with enough hard work and dedication I can get back or at least close to the level I was in before. You are someone I now look up to and someone I will support for the rest of my life. Can't thank you enough! wish you the best in your future lad x

I'm going through the post-surgery phase of ACL reconstruction and meniscus repair and I know how hard it is mentally and physically. I hope to come back to this beautiful game soon. This series made me cry. Wish I could discover it a little earlier.

Watching this gives me a lot of motivation after my own ACL and lateral meniscus surgery. I've been low at times, and I'm unsure whether life will ever be the same, will I be able to play at all.. it's mentally exhausting. Your positivity somehow gives me a lot of hope and I love that. First of all I want to say thank you. The way you documented everything and guided us through your personal journey is like an inspiration for all of us who went through the same injury. I personally got my ACL torn during an NAIA college game in August of 2022, here at Life University. As a captain of my team, I had to accept this injury and adopted the same mindset of seeing it as a way to grow in different aspects. Therefore, I can only show you my respect for helping people getting through this process.
I'm 2 months post-surgery and returned back to Belgium to be with my family while doing the daily rehab. The mindset is clear, I'll do anything to become the best version of myself, like you showed us is possible. Therefore, I know all details matter and was wondering which doctor you went to in France? The one who gave you a an opinion about your body/injury? (05:05)
In football all details matter so this could be helpful in our journey.

When Heccy was talking through the winning goal in the FA Cup final, I literally felt goosebumps. Seeing all of those celebrations and stuff again reminded me of how we were buzzing during that period. No matter how good or bad of a player he is, gotta love the guy for who he is. ❤️

This whole series has given a motivation, I went and had a surgery on my right knee. Have gained weight because of it. Now it motivates me to go to gym and work hard. Such a refreshing and insightful series. 👌👌❤❤
