অবশ্যই কমপ্লেইন lodge করো । রেল মিনিস্ট্রি কেও কপি দিও । তোমরা পাবলিক ফিগার । তোমরা একটু চেষ্টা করলেই ওদের বাড়া বাড়ি আটকানো সম্ভব । অন্তত কিছু মানুষের ভালো হবে । বাকি টা আর কিছু বলার নেই । নেগেটিভিটি কে দূরে সরিয়ে সুন্দর ভাবে তুমি ফিরে এসেছ এই ব্লগে ।
In most of the Pantry cars it is a racket. They have all the options to harras passangers if anyone do not fall in line with their whims. You should make a written complain. Another option you can order food online through certain app.when I was travelling by train other than by Rajdhani or Duronto i used order food online and my experience says that used to be a better choice.

Better hasslefree to have booked food from different stations, but there is catch to that, train gets delayed every hour it surpasses, so towards the end of the journey it may happen that you are supposed to get your lunch at 1PM but due to delay you will recieve at 4PM. You can't be empty stomach for that long hours. This is the reason the railways have food facilities from IRCTC, but this racket is non stoppable at this point.

IRCTC - এর অ্যাপ থেকেও অনলাইনে খাবার অর্ডার করা যায়। কোন স্টেশন থেকে খাবার ডেলিভারি নেবে সেটা সম্ভবতঃ মেনশন করে দেওয়া যায়; তাহলে সেই স্টেশনে এসে খাবার দিয়ে টাকা যাবে। এর পরের বার এই অপশনটা ট্রাই করতে পারো।
