Alhamdulillah i tried this Kashmiri chicken for the first time that too for an engagement party...i made this recipe in 5 kg chicken ...
Alhamdulillah it turned out awesome...all guests and my family members loved it...
I've previously tried ur Afghani chicken 2 to 3 times which turned out to be a super hit...
So as i had to make a red gravy for the party i looked for it in ur channel...i did not have time to trial check this recipe so i straight away multiplied the quantity of the ingredients and made it...
My daughter was very scared that I'm taking a big risk if something gets spoiled it wud be really embarassing among the guests...
I said "I trust Lubna's recipes no matter if I'm trying first time..it will come out good and super tasty In shaa Allah"..

I tried it came well,😍 but I will say viewers not to add methi leaves at the beginning. Bcz it gave fully bitter flavour to entire curry, so add it in the last gravy boiling stage

Also roast methi a little bit..so dat it bcms crunchy..n always use just a big pinch of kasuri methi..cz it has a strong flavour..so a hint of it in taste is good..but excess of it is overpowering n dominates d flavours..so very less amount should be used.
