If you’re wondering what Mickey’s saying at the beginning and end of each talk, it is:
Jai Guru Dev, Jai Masters. Jai Guru Dev is a traditional Hindu phrase that means Glory to the Great Teacher (the most accurate translation would be glory to the shining remover of darkness), where the great teacher here is generally considered to be the Divine Soul, while we, as human beings, are considered the individuated Soul. Jai Masters means Glory to the Masters, some of whom Singer refers to at times.

Steve’s motive is to have no motives. Steve worked dissolving his motives and personal dramas and ended up serving the motives and personal dramas of everyone who shows up in front of him. Steve was very busy. So Steve left, and now sits on top of a mountain blissed-out. Steve now is living the highest spirituality because the mountain is very high.
