Sir, I've watch your video po about Gold residences by SMDC infront of NAIA 1 but it was 2 yrs ago. Can you make an updated video po since malapit na ang turn over. Current price po ng property is 7.5m and ang turnover ng unit na balak namin kunin is next yr 2024. May potential pa po kaya itong iflip if ever? And maganda po kaya ito for short/long term rental? About 73k ang monthly mortgage nya payable in 10 yrs if ever hindi ko sha iflip, may potential kaya ito na ma-earn ng property? Any thought sir? Anong best po kaya para ma maximize ang earning potential or if may potential pa po kaya.
